hey guys im about ready to start my first cyce of test e 500 a week and im just a little confused about the a.i and pct thing (how much of what and when)! I can get liquid adex should I take that the whole cycle? and if so how much and when. I cant seem to find clomid or nolvadex unless I wanna get online which i dont really wanna do cause im not comfortable with it and dont want to get ripped off!!! any input would be a great help thanks guys

Get Nolva and Clomid run it 10days after your last shot, do 120mg Nolva first day and 300mg Clomid first day only. After that Nolva 20mg/day and Clomid 50mg/day. Get the Adex or letro and keep it on hand. Don't use it unless you get a lot of estrogen related side effects. Start it @ 0.5mg EOD if that happens. First shot of the test you should frontload it @ 600 mg then run it @ 250mg/shot after that like usual. Or you could just wait 2-3 weeks for the levels to rise. I am not very patient so I don't enjoy the waiting.. Man power research supply is actually a lot cheaper than CemMeso, if you want to spend more money go with Cem Meso..

All Day Chemist is a good bet for extremely cheap generic pct and ai's. masin for $30 iirc and nolva for absolute peanuts!

Frontloading isn't ever really necessary, I believe it to be the best thing to do though. Also, it feels weird to frontload the enanthate ester and then not fronload a SERM which has the same HL. Makes you question, "Why frontload that if you aren't going to frontload that??" Kinda like those PCT protocols that go 40/20/20/20mg nolva but they do not do 1000/500/500/500mg(per week) on their Test E cycle.
If gyno appears I would say it is necessary to frontload nolva and start/increase AI.
You'd better postpone doing anything so drastic to your body until you have done some thorough research on why do it, when to do it, how to do it, what to do it with, where to do it, who to believe, what to watch for, and all the ancillaries that go along with an educated commitment to this lifestyle. It sure as fuck is not some lark without consequences for quick muscle.

hey solo thank you very much for your input and yes i need to do some more research for sure!! and i just want to put out there i have done 6 months to a year of thought, question asking and research on this and im not just going to do something to my body with out taking time to look at the bigger picture!!! but im not doing anything that crazy i dont belive (correct me if im wrong) and yes i understand its not gonna come without problems im sure of that !! i do have people that have done and are doing right now that are guiding me im just double checking what others are doing to be honest!
Double checking? Six months to year of research? If you say so, I'll believe you, mate, but it's strange after all that learning and questioning you could still write with such utter lack of knowledge:
"i thought nova and clomid do the same thing kinda? ... oh yea and how do i take the clomid and nova and adex? does it need to be injected as well"
Really seems like you need to organize your thoughts, plan your procedure one week at a time – from preparation to post cycle therapy – then purchase everything you will need in advance. Again, begin with learning your products, write out a plan, then come back here to discuss your overall cycle plan. Time for homework, me lad.
