Abs cramping

Surprised to see that no one has mentioned Magnesium.

This is a very common deficiency and supplementation helps in many cases of things like muscle cramps, restless leg syndrome, and neural conduction/musculoskeletal kinds of things.

Pretty cheap but make sure to go with something like Mg citrate or orotate; they are much more bioavailable than Mg oxide which places like WalMart carry.

Dosing is important. You need about 400mg/day. You may get a couple hundred mg's/day through food, depending on what you eat. I recommend people load it for a week or two between 500-1000mg/day split up and then back down to a couple hundred mg's/day maintenance if they find it beneficial. You can get diarrhea in higher doses so ramp it up about 100 mg/day to either bowel tolerance or 1000mg/day, whichever happens first.
