Accufine vs Tretiva

About to order some isotretinoin and was wondering if Tretiva is worth the 3x premium over Accufine?

Quick internet search says that Accufine is underdosed? What do meso users think? Ordering from our favorite forum sponsor.

Honestly, probably not worth it if you’re planning a full course. I’m confident in Accufine’s dosing accuracy and have ran just shy of 9000mg of it up to this point.

@Tk1000 did the community a solid and sent 2 Accufine 20mg gel caps to Jano back in December and they tested pretty much spot on. See the accutane permanent cure thread — it’s somewhere around the time of posts made in late December.

The info about underdosed Accufine you came across was likely from the drug being severely degraded. It’s a drug highly susceptible to degradation from heat, something to consider especially given where we are buying it from.

Rule of thumb is winter months (now) is the best time to order to avoid this, and to also ask the source for the most recent manufacturing date in hope of ensuring the best dosing accuracy.
