Stay fully hydrated. Multiple injections a week and daily fasted cardio allowed for mine to come down naturally. I wouldn't be concerned with 53/54 but 55 I would donate.

Coming from 53/54 HCT. Hydrated on TRT.

I never will donate.
Rip to all ferritin.
Prob didn’t see my other post above. I have iron issues.
Only the 1st rule was addressed to you.
(coming from) the rest is general advice

HCT had crept to 52 in Sept, gave blood early Oct. Since then spent some time on 300mg test w 80 deca 150 mast plus a 6 week experiment titrating up trenbolone. Been back on 160mg low TRT for a little bit- next bloods in a couple or few weeks but went ahead and gave a pint of whole blood today.

Thick blood seems to be the first thing that gets more than a c-hair out of range for me.
No numbers of HCT since end oct ?

My doctor doesn’t believe slightly increase hematocrit is a concern. He says people in Denver aren’t dropping dead every day from it. Not sure I agree and like to keep mine in check.

I would not risk long time on 56 or more. Best is to keep it under 52. With more cardio, 4g epa/dha and more water you can get it from 53 to 49, is my personal experience.(still used nandrolon while decreased it)
