Accutane permanent cure?

Anyone who has done a 2nd cycle of Accutane re-experience the purge phase?

My first round of it the purge was as expected, intense af. Couldn’t do anything unless I was wearing hoodie as my back was broken out to all hell.

Experiencing some mild breakouts as I get into this blast (have been off Accutane for a year), nowhere near as cystic as prior to running accutane. Considering getting back on. Just curious if I should expect another purge lol because if they be the case I’ll just run some MT2 and tan the shit off.
I had a purge but not nearly the same level as the first time.

Like swolie said, hydration appears to be a major factor. Fatigue typically lessens after remaining at the same dose. Soft stims like caffeine (or better yet Moda) help.

If you can't take it anymore and it's not lessening, dropping the dose even slightly often has a disproportionately significant reduction in sides.
Anybody else experience fatigue from accutane. I’m barely making it through work, get home pass out on the couch, spend half the weekend sleeping. Only lifted once this week and got two cardio session in. Any one have a solution to the fatigue?
Only 27 days in did 10 days at 40mg, 10 days at 80mg and am on day 7 at 120mg.
I mentioned this earlier. Had me practically nonfunctional. Just a lot of caffeine and water.

Goes away form some, others it gets worse.
yeah the fatigue is brutal can take naps all day. is that due to liver stress?

No. Although liver enzymes often look bad on isotretinoin actual liver damage is almost unheard of.

Believe it or not. increasing hydration, a lot, is the most effective counter to isotretinoin fatigue. The explanation is long and complicated, but because of the systemic changes the drug causes. much more water is needed to metabolize energy than normal.

Also, Vitamin B12 is usually depleted for the people experiencing severe fatigue while on it, so supplementing with something like Neurobion Forte can help.

The human liver is one of the most resilient organs in the body. Common scientific conjecture is that the liver in the average (non abused) body can live up to about 150yrs if it had to before failing. Goes to show how bad alcohol is for the body.

Can that effect be permanent? I feel like ever since I took it, I get dry eyes, nasal cavity, throat and things dehydrated me easier. I am a little OCD and in tune with my body so it could be in my head.

The only permanent negative effect of isotretinoin I've seen confirmed is dry skin, because it shrinks oil glands (though they rebound somewhat) and that's a very small percentage. Everything else resolves within. month or so after stopping.

Hey Accutane bros. Got 16 packs of 30mg Healing Pharma ACCUFINE from a vendor and started about 2 months ago. 63 days to be exact. I was taking 30mg for first month, bumped up to 60mg for second month. Ive seen no results, in fact it’s significantly worse. Idk if im purging or if the stuff is bunk. What do yall think? Keep going or find a different source?

Are you getting dry lips?

Are you taking it with food?

Accufine always tests well. I assume it's not expired.

I was taking crappy UG QSC accutane, up to 80mg per day but not sure how much of that was degraded. It cleared up everything and haven't had acne in weeks.

When can / should I stop taking it? I'm only on about 40mg per day now.

You should really go by cumulative dose, but there's a time component as well, of about 50-60 days after full clearance.

Had someone who hadn't seen me in a while tell me I had a baby's face. I've noticed significant improvment myself, but it really pops after shaving. Better than a baby's dick I guess.

Edit: One more month of this shit. So looking forward to taking those last caps.

Yes lips are dry, yes take it in the morning after some PB and eggs. It shows not expired… just not sure yk?

Dry lips are a good sign of accutane but what do you mean by "no results?"

Still lots of oily skin and pimples?

Are you just starting a new cycle of dbol or something now?

Lol no I haven’t ever touched gear. By no results I mean I’m still seeing constant flare ups and it seems to be spreading…

It was PCTZONE if that helps

Accufine is good. You're only 2700mg so far: You should shoot for 220mg/kg total if you're looking for a permanent cure and body acne is part of the issue. So you'll need more.

That said, at 60mg+ a day, you should expect significant visible improvements in the next 30-45 days.

Try to increase the dose, 1mg/kg at least, up to 2mg/kg as you can tolerate. You can split the dose into 2x/day when sides become an issue. Order more. Cheaper if you plan ahead and order from India. If you're still going to use PCTZ have him price match PCT24.
