Accutane raw help

Just went digging for some Accutane raw and found my stash of it to be very clumpy and hard (but at the same time its brittle in that it breaks apart easily). When I try and separate it i want to say ambient moisture was in it at some point, making it this cake of raws that I currently have.

Is the raw a loss? Can I just mortar and pestle it? Would anyone know about potency loss due to moisture?

accutane is a pain in the ass, its the fastest raw to degrade even without moisture
