Acne back of neck?

Not sure what this is, not sure it's acne or what? But I get these bumps behind my head. I don't have acne anywhere else. I feel like they get worse on cycle, maybe from DHB in particular (or maybe tren? i don't know). Or maybe it's from my cpap?

I never get acne on cycle but I have these (although when I come off cycle, that's when I get some bacne).

Thanks. Maybe it's from my cpap mask? I try to clean it...

CPAP are notorious for creating bacterial breeding grounds, plus general skin irritation.

Not much you can do besides be ultra diligent with hygiene in that area of your neck while showering, use body wash and a washcloth to get some light abrasion, sanitize the straps.

Beyond that, Doxycycline 100mg once a day will likely clear it up quickly(the dermotologist's go to oral for acne), almost always without side effects, and head off the hormonal acne as you come off cycle as well. You can use it for up to 3 months daily (if necessary), then take 3 months off before using it again(to avoid building up doxy resistant acne bacteria).

Most likely only a couple of weeks will be necessary at most,

It's very cheap from India PCT, any brand will do, around $1 / 10 capsules. Good to have on hand for a number of conditions.

If you want to go a little better, $5 / 10 will get you DOXT SL, which is Doxycycline and Lactic Bacillus, to replace the gut bacteria killed off by the Doxy, keeping your gut biome in balance. That said if you consume dairy that's probably not necessary. Before I terminated acne for good with accutane Doxy always cleared it up and I never had gut issues.

I'm not sure how prone I am to acne, and I didn't have this the first few years of using a CPAP. I feel like somehow it's related to the cycle. I think I have some bumps on my head too.

Like I'm on cycle now, if it was my acne blowing up why isn't my bacne blowing up? I never really get flare ups of acne on cycle, it's when I come off cycle that it starts to get bad.

It's like these neck bumps get bad on cycle. But I feel like they don't get better either, it's just permanently getting slightly worse. Is it my cpap and age, is it the dhb...
