Acne Without Whitehead

Anyone here have any recommendations for helping get rid of that deep lump acne without a white head? Like red or purple almost like cysts under the skin but not actual cysts? I have some on my neck and upper rear delts and traps. Been trying 10% benzyl cream but it hasn’t done shit. I have

Anything topical won't work. Ur only real option is Accutane/isotretinoin for cystic acne. You can try antibiotics, but usually has minimal effect.
Ur acne is caused by your increased testosterone/androgens which stimulates sebaceous glands to produce excess oil which is getting trapped.

Isn't Accutane really hard on the liver and kidneys? I’m not closed off to trying anything. Should I return that retinoid shit I just bought lmao?

only thing that helps is accutane and keeping your hormones stable, and coming off of anything you think is causing it, not worth the gains
