Adding HCG increases T-levels? How to adjust?

I am currently using T enanthate (Androtardyl) 250mg every 14 days. I have noticed that within 2 months my ball shrunk to the size of raizins. I will have a follow up with my endo in september, and I will ask for weekly injections and HCG-supplementation as per SWALE's protocol (250IU every 3 days).

Question 1: will this increase the level of testosterone in my body? If the answer is yes; with how many mgs should I lower the T enanthate injections?

Question 2: the only reason my doc put me up on two-weekly injections is that Androtardyl comes in an 250 mg vial. If I choose to inject myself weekly, how can I preserve half a vial of Androtardyl for one week? Will it become unsterile if I leave it open for a week? Will it go bad?

1. Yes. You need lab results to know how much to lower the T dosage, if at all.

2. Don't know. Why bother? Ask for a 10ml vial of 200mg/ml t cypionate, which for all practical purposes is the same as enanthate, and inject weekly. It's probably cheaper this way, too. At $100 US a bottle, it lasts for up to 5 months, so you don't even have to worry about insurance covering it. Their may also be enanthate preparations in this dosage, I don't know. Weekly is much better than every two weeks. You said in another post that you weren't experiencing the effects of TRT like you had hoped. You have to realize that injections of 250mg every 2 weeks sends you into supraphysiologic levels for a few days, then your levels plummet to below normal at the end. Bad idea. Why subject your body to that roller coaster? Swale's protocol is much better: weekly T injections, and 2 hCG injections, one 2 days before and one the day before your T, right when your blood levels are dropping and you need the extra boost. Plus it will grow your raisins back. :) Read the sticky "TRT: A recipe for success" above.

I assume that when you say vial you mean ampuole. Vials have a rubber stopper on top. Amps are all glass.

If you can't get a 10mL vial of testosterone cypionate or testosterone enanthate, then I recommend that you either:
1) Load two syringes when you open the amp. Start with 100mg in each syringe and throw the rest of the oil away. Use one syringe and save the next one until next week. AAS users do this all the time, but your doctor might not go for it.
2) Load one syringe and throw the rest of the oil away. I know this seems silly but I feel that injecting every 2 weeks is just not right.

Hopefully, it doesn't need saying, but you save the second syringe in the FREEZER.

Hi,
Indeed: when I said vial, I ment ampoule: sorry for that: I am not a native english speaker: I live "on the old continent".
If I load the second one, I should keep it in the FREEZER??? Don't you guy mean the refrigerator?? Sorry for asking this again: I just want to be shure that this is not a misunderstanding due to my limited knowledge of the English language... :o
