Adding HGH to Reta

I've seen posts where people were already taking Test and HGH and asking about adding Reta or Tirz. It seems that it's worth it as HGH and GLP-1 work well together. However, I'm on Reta for about 5 weeks now and going on TRT with HcG soon. Initially I was contemplating adding HGH at 3IU/day, but with this low dose, is it really worth it? I believe that I will benefit greatly from TRT alone, is the HGH even justified at that dose? I'm sure it will add benefit, but how much? Part of the hesitation I'd like to add as little as possible rather than blasting everything at once.

3 iu/day isn’t by any means a low dose by any standards in my opinion. Many run 2-4 iu/day with little to no side effects. As the question of is it worth it? It depends what you are wanting. I personally think HGH is a great addition. Nothing wrong with starting at 1-2 iu/day for a week or 2 then go up to 3.

Really better to put some distance between new compounds. Polypharmacy is difficult to manage.

For TRT I'd give it two months before adding anything new.

As for 3iu, how old are you?

I'm 37, the 3 IU came from a friend doctor saying that's what he prescribes in general.

Would TRT and HcG be fine to start together?

do you have a baseline igf1 score? If not, then i would get one before introducing hgh, then you know where your already at before hgh , and "if" you decide or not to add hgh,,,,
