38 yr old, 4 yrs aas. 5'10" 200lb about 15% bf at moment. Couple questions actually.. I had a distal clavicle resection on my right ac joint 8 weeks ago, currently using tb500 to speed up healing process ( not sure if its working, but shoulder is slowly getting better either way) anyone had this surgery? Prepping for next cycle after I'm rehabbed , hoping in another 4 weeks or so. I have run test/ deca cycles and my last was test / tren. I've never taken anything for prolactin issues due to the fact I've never needed. Next cycle I plan on running test 600mg/wk tren 400mg/wk, aromasin 12.5 eod , I have letro on hand if needed and I also have caber . Was wondering if anyone has experience adding npp to a test tren cycle? I'm only considering adding possibly 200 mg/week , simply for the relief my joints get while on it.. ( right shoulder being operated on recently , also I have a similar issue w left which I still am receiving injections for)thanks for any input/ personal experience..

First why did you have the Mumford procedure performed
- As part of "impingement syndrome" surgery
- As a necessary component of a rotator cuff repair
- To diminish the cosmetic defect often observed from Grad III-IV Acromio-clavicular "shoulder dislocations"
- As a means to reduce the "arthritis" pain
- Have you had a diagnostic evaluation for your "joint pains" and which joints have become problematic?

Were contact sports or prior surgery at least partially causative?

When were you "cleared to return to full activities"
Was the procedure done in an open or closed fashion

If it's been less than SIX months since you cycled with Deca I OR
less than THREE months since you completed ANY cycle, I would STRONGLY recommend obtaining baseline labs (fT, TT, E-2, AND a prolactin assay to dispel the myth if desired)

Suffice it to say the progesterogenic AAS do not alter serum Prolactin levels (it matters not that you have been otherwise misinformed or misled as MANY others have)

Agree w/ Jim.

In regards to your cycle (did you say it is your second?). 600 mgs of test and 400 tren wull give outstanding results (kill your cardio, however).

I should probably give NPP a try someday, but I use Deca d in the early to middle parts of my cycle to relieve joint pain.

Of course you are now well past 1k mgs of gear per week, which is probably not the healthiest thing to do. If you want to get a big and strong as possible (and still lose some fat) then keep the tren at 400.

If you want to be healthier and do regular cardio, drop the tren to 200.

Thanx for the opinions... I had open surgery, haven't been fully cleared yet, am in my 10th week. Has been six months since last cycle, over a year since deca...just had blood work done
