im 49 so I can relate. I was 46 when I started juicing.

I always get heartburn on cycles too, so those orals and tren etc are probably resulting in the ulcer and the need for the proton pump inhibitors.

Erosion of the esophagus sounds like major case of acid reflux. This can happen if it occurs for long periods of time without treatment.

what's up guys,

I got home Tuesday night and felt really bad. Dizzy when I walked 10 steps to go pee and would almost pass out. Slight nauseous feeling but I was seeing stars just walking around for a minute or two and would collapse in my bed covered in sweat.

About 5 days earlier I had black tarry stool that took for ever to start the bowel movement. I'm normally a regular guy with daily bowel movements. Felt fine other than that but was irregular like every other day and mostly dark stool. This past tues night after work I got home and could barely walk without passing out. Would go to take a pee and almost pass out then fall in bed covered in sweat and heart pounding.

Took a few days off work feeling a little better the next day with drinking Gatorade and then ate something after a 20 hr fast. It almost felt like the stomach flu when up moving around but never vomited or had diarrhea just lethargic as hell and a bit nauseous when up moving around.
Laying down felt fine.

Went to the ER Friday evening and hemoglobin was 7.8 (red blood cell count) and on Saturday morning it's 7.4 m/nL. Normal is 13.8-17.2. At 7 they do a blood transfusion. They scoped the upper GI tract and saw some erosion of the esophagus (I think from oral solution made with 190) but not enough to warrant the amount of blood lost which is 3 units or more. Being Saturday I am lying here waiting on them to figure out what to do next since the small intestines is limited on what can be seen interns bleeding or lesions.

I've been running 10mg aromasin ed, just stopped a 3 week run of mesterolone 80 ed and that's it for Orals. They are all based on 190 proof and wondering if anyone has has any issuse with orals that cause internal bleeding like this. The rest of my cycle is as follows:

Test e/ eq 400 per ml at 1.5 ml every 4th day
Tren e 200 at 1ml every fourth day. That's it.

Wondering if anyone has any experience with a situation mm know

Orals are serious. Besides liver and kidney damage, you may score an intestinal bleed.

I'm confident it's from one, if not the biggest pharm plant in china. A real factory and not just a small company. Located in Shangai and one of few main producers in china. I wasn't aware of any heavy metals associated with the manufacturing of androgens. Most of the website based suppliers are just small companies that really aren't the actual producer of these chems, just a reseller from one of two or three actual producers. Nothing wrong with getting supply from these smaller companies because they just turn around and reship what you order after getting it from the factory. I've always had good luck, even from some of the smaller reseller companies. If they were going to rip you off they would just keep your money and not send anything. It's possible that some companies would cut to make profit but it's so cheap for them to buy why risk that and not get repeat business or a bad name.

If anything I'm abusing and being on too long. The oral route swallowing raw Winnie, aromasin, cialis, etc etc in a 190 based solution daily is what I bet the culprit was. I shared minimal info (told them I was on 250mg of test e pw and oral 190 based aromasin daily just to spark their imagination) and my GP threatened to drop me as a patient. He was pissed off this morning in my hospital rm when he visited me saying 250mg of test e was insane and toxic. The other dr said steroids killed Lyle ezaido and test e was hepatotoxic. That exact attitude is why I don't even involve my GP. He forced me to get an MRI when my test levels were like 60 then put me on gel and yelled at me when they got to 600. That was 8 years ago. I don't need that headache. He needs to educate himself if he's going to try to school me on androgens. Lol. I do trust him with my life, he's a genius and so experienced as an internist, but very cautious and not very knowledgeable on androgen use. He just buys the hype the media puts out there instead of researching the facts. Most of his patients are really old and he stopped taking patients years ago. Maybe I'll be his turning point on the subject. Truth is I haven't asked him to prescribe me after our little falling out over it after two months of him scribing me gel and I don't even ask for bloods because of his attitude about it. Maybe I need a new more knowledgeable dr on the issue.

What makes things worse is they aren't causing me any issues according to them and they said it was Advil and NSAIDs and wasn't the 190 based oral. My liver count looks fine and I've had recent CT scans due to a sciatic nerve issue and all abdominal organs were unremarkable. This scope got my bile duct and liver and nothing there. I'm kinda baffled here with hemoglobin of 7.8. It was over 19 in march and rbc count was high too which made sense with the test, eq, and tren.

I was released this morning because my hemoglobin went up from 7.2 to 7.8. I got read the riot act over 250mg ew of test e when that wasn't even the issue. I wish I had never been somewhat honest about my use. I will follow up with bloods in two day to see where is at and go from there. Here's a pic of my esophagus and was told from a highly experienced Gastroenterologist of 33 years that the pic on the right is of my esophagus and is where the blood loss occurred. He went 8 ft into my small intestines and saw nothing else. Pic on the left is my liver bile duct and he sees nothing remarkable. I have to trust this and weather it was orals or Advil I'm done with both. I'm coming off everything for about six months or more as well. This is my wake up call guys. I won't ignore what my body just told me! Better to be safe than sorry.

Sorry to hear. I hope everything turned out for the good and you fully recovered. I'd say you are done with orals as well. What type of dosages and durations were you doing if you don't mind sharing.

I would think your hemoglobin dropped from all the bleeding, maybe I'm wrong but it seems logical.

I'm 10 years younger than you are and have already changed the way I run gear. No orals anymore, minimal test (200/wk and occasionally backing down to 100/wk) and the occasional eq or deca run, and about once a year I'll blast primobolan. I usually never use more than 1 other compound besides my script test now (ancillaries aside). It's just not worth it anymore, and I can just a little bit and look even better than when I was using much more. It really all is diet, it took me awhile to prove that to myself and stop relying on so much gear.

Sounds like you are heading in the right direction. Unfortunately you can't look to doctors for sensible knowledge on steroid usage,usually you get the "did he just say that to me" response as you just did,hope you heal up fast and feel better.

Don't screw with the orals.. I had bad luck from anavar, major stomach problems like heartburn from anavar.. dbol made me bloat quite a bit in the past too... injectables are the way to go if you're going to do this. Hope you feel better soon bro
