Obviously don't do it like the dude lol, don't just put the plunger somewhere and put it back, hold it in one hand.

better e2 control more stable hormones, prop more bang for buck mg for mg considering the ester and less faked, easier pct if needed etc

These reasons you cite are either applicable to other esters, mitigated by other means or just flat out wrong. Prop only has the benefit of hitting faster. Nothing more. The gotta have it now generation's go-to. E or C will serve you much better in the long run.
