Personally I think 5mg of arimidex everyday just to make sure yk to stay safe me no like estrogen. Estrogen = no gains.Crushing your estrogen with AIs will make you look and feel like shit, plus you'll die younger and that really does a number on the youthful glow. Keep your estrogen as high as it will go without negative side-effects. That may include altering compound choice rather than AIs as a first remedy.
Definitely tretinoin in the evening. Proven to eliminate fine wrinkles and improve skin. Wear sunscreen though, as tretinoin makes you burn easier. You should be wearing sunscreen all the time anyway. Also I’ve seen on some forums not related to steroids, the poll results for the best protocol for anti aging face was using tret cream .025 daily on face (at night). They had better results with that than the higher strengths- but not sure how many of them were trying to prevent anti aging from steroids.
I'm planning to start some GHK/GLOW soon as an addition to the accutane I'm running. Have you ever tried GHK on it's own, and does the GLOW offer anything else besides being convenient for using BPC as well?Hydration, lots of sleep, clean diet, NO ALCOHOL, GH, GLOW peptide, MT-II (if you like - everyone looks better with a tan - though if it's from real sun exposure you can look like an alligator bag).
Regarding sleeping, highly recommend (if you haven't already) to get a home sleep study. Even if you don't snore / don't have a huge neck / aren't heavy, OSA is very under-diagnosed and treating it properly with CPAP is a game-changer not only in terms of your overall well-being but also for your bloodwork when on AAS (HCT higher in OSA patients). Additionally, if you have OSA, using test / AAS will make it a lot worse.
My friends from college tell me that I'm aging in reverse, but my beard is still coming in half gray in my 40's. Blasted gear in my 20's - took 15 years off - started TRT a few years back, now run no more than 150 - 300 mg test, 3-4 iu GH, and occasionally add a low dose mild anabolic like mast / primo. I don't think that blasting gear (if that's your thing) makes you look less youthful. If you are lean, the water retention will keep your skin tight. But gear / HGH aside, as you age your body just becomes less efficient at everything. The diet must be on point. Alcohol must be low / zero. Lots of sleep, lots of water, lots of LISS / walking.
I have not tried GHK on it's own - I hear the PIP is not pleasant. And yes, I did just try the GLOW to get all in one - next go around I will prob just do a TB500 / BPC157 blend and skip the copperI'm planning to start some GHK/GLOW soon as an addition to the accutane I'm running. Yeah, PIP from GHK can be brutal if you go subq - the trick is to drown it in as much bac water as possible, but honestly, IM is the way to go if you want to avoid that nonsense. I tortured myself for a month or two doing subq, thinking I’d wake up looking prettier… but nope, turns out I’ve already hit my “beauty ceiling.”I have not tried GHK on it's own - I hear the PIP is not pleasant. I've found that i either get used to it or it goes away - Same goes for glutathione - burns going in but I just tolerate it now. L-Carnitine I always do IM and sometimes it stings a little but not nearly as bad as people made it out to be.Yeah, PIP from GHK can be brutal if you go subq - the trick is to drown it in as much bac water as possible, but honestly, IM is the way to go if you want to avoid that nonsense.
