Hi everyone, I'm new to meso and I've been reading around trying to educate myself but I wanted to see if anyone could add their insight/advice!
I've always been very active but really it's been the last two years that I've been heavy into weight training. After the birth of my daughter two years ago, I lost 50 pounds. I used the classic watching my macros, cardio, and weight training method ha. I did use phen for several months when I felt I wasn't losing as quickly as I initially had. I lost 7lbs with the phen and I've been able to maintain since then.
So my current stats: 5' 2" 127lbs 16% body fat My measurements: 33" bust, 27" waist, and 36" hips.
Still currently watching my macros. Fats: ~40g carbs: ~50g protein: ~120g. I know that's probably too low to reach my next goal. So any advice on that would be appreciated.
So here it is! My goal is to put on lean mass and more yes, more definition. I'm ok with putting on some weight as I understand that's part of the process! And also I know what to do when I want to cut so a little added weight ain't no thang. I've been looking into trying var. I've never tried any aas before so I've been researching that a lot. Only ped I tried was phen. So really I'm just trying to get any advice in regards to var. I tried to go into detail about my current stats to help everyone with any advice they want to give!
