So I'm running my first cycle July 1st of Tbol 6weeks and test e for 12. My question is after I pct and down time what should I run for a second cycle. I plan on doing a show next year march. Was just curious what I should start planning? Because test bloats. Should I get var? I know diet is everything but I would like to keep some size. Current stats 186lbs 11%bf at 5'10.
