Advice on Toning up?

Ok so this post workout meal stuff is still confusing the crap out of me, suppose i were to just have a big ole turkey and chicken sandwhich on wheat bread with honey mustard on it? to much fat? not enough of something? what if i ad cheese to the mix? this of course is on top of the 2 scoops of protein i take immediatly after. Input please

That is what I do, 50-75 grams of carbs right after a workout.
Here is a short article,

strange. The link doesn't go to the nutritional info of ham that I had posted. Let's try again.

And you're welcome Jasthace.

"no ham in eggs Dr Suses (high in salt and almost no protein) "

Really? Strange...... http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/cgi-bin/list_nut_edit.pl

Honestly, I disagree with pretty much all of what you've said. That one is just really easy to prove factually incorrect.

100 GRMS OF DICED HAM (WHO THE FUCK KNOWS HOW ITS PREPARED WITH XTRA SALT AND PEPER MAYBE)

=1245 MG SODIUM +++PLUS++++ WITH A DASH OF SALT
= 20 GRAMS FAT ++++PLUS+++++ COOKED WITH BUTTER IN APAN
= 263 CALORIES +++++PLUS+++++ ANYTHING ELSE ADDED
= 16 GRAMS PROTEIN ++P++ WITH A FEW EGG WHITES

AND I ASK YOU IS THAT HEALTHY 7 TIMES A WEEK WHEN TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT

THAT INFO IS FROM THE LINK YOU SENT GRIZZ

Now go look up extra lean ham. Or, better, go look at the back of the package of Farmland cubed ham.

And WTF cooks ham with butter in a pan?

Grizz i see your point, however what are the odds someone (no offense Gymfreak) is cooking lean ham and asking how to lean up

IMO i would be willing to bet the ham he is using is some form of Cured ham which is full of sodium, so for all intensive purposes Avoid ham, unless you know what your doing , buying, eating

can we agree on that ?

whatever with the butter thing i was merely making a point LOL

how do you cook your ham ?? oh wait the instructions are on the back of what is it ?? FARMLAND cubed ham !
