Hey all,
About to run my 3rd cycle in June, was wondering how many of you go about modifying your training routine/workout during your cycles. I've always kept my intervals and rep ranges the same (4x8-10) with 120 seconds between each set, and remains the same during my cycle only raising the weight of the lifts themselves making sure I push myself almost to the limit of my ability by the last set in order to stimulate most efficient muscle breakdown.
What do you guys do?
