Due to being stuck in a harsh climate the past year I've lost 20lbs. My question is this; should i take the same cycle again or add more? The last time i used this cycle i gained 15lbs. My goal is to add 15+ pounds for the winter. I am 24 years old, 5'10", 170lbs, 6-8% BF.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

That looks like a great cycle to me. Im guessing your going for a bulk cycle. So just keep your diet up and eat everything you can fucken get your hands on.

Thank you for the reply. :) Yes this is a bulking cycle. My diet will consist of 250-300 grams of protein per day and about 4,000 calories if i can eat that much. 10 grams of createin, 300mg ALA, 5 grams of glutamine per day.
 
whats up man here is the only thing i would change if i were you.

test E 500mg 1-10
deca 300mg 1-10
dbol 50mg 1-6

i see lots of gains in the 8 , 9 ,10. week so i believe you should not cut it 2 weeks short. i hope this helps. also remember deca stays in your system longer than the test so you might want to tweek it a little bit. so you start your post therapy when everything is getting out of the body at the same time.

Wks 1-4 Dbol 30mg/ED Wks 1-11 Enth 500mg/wk
Wks 1-10 Deca 400mg/wk
Wks 8-13 Winny 50mg/ED

Start your PCT wk14 at 300mg 1st day; 100mg/ED days 2-11; and 50mg/ED days 12-21. Anti-e throughout and have your nolva on hand. You can actually cycle the enth one wk longer than the deca. I'm suggesting the winny for two reasons 1) it'll help solidify and harden up the gains you achieve and 2) you can continue cycling right up to your PCT. I would also suggest a liver protectant because of the dbol and winny. Good luck.
 
Dragonslayer, i like your idea of adding winny at the end of the cycle. I'll have to add that to my Christmas wish list.
 
If your going to cut then cut up if your going to bulk then bulk up. Trying to bulk and cut is a waste of time. Save up your winny for when you have a great cutting cycle going. Even though you can cut with any cycle almost Id save the winny for when i have some tren and eq to help along the lines.

You don't think running the winny at the end of the cycle will help keep test levels more even until i start clomid therapy?

I didnt read this post by dragonslayer at all and just went to that last thing you said. I agree that it will harden up the gains you achieve but on a really good bulk cycle they are pretty much going to be fat and large. So your going to end up with a tight fat large arm. Just bulk to bulk up and your going to have to live with what you lose. But proper diet and pct procedure and youll minimize your lose's. The most I've ever lost was just 10lbs and I gained around 30 on it. It was my first cycle. Other than that Ive lost anywhere from 7-10.

I always like to suggest something short acting immediately before starting PCT(unless its a first cycle). I personally hate waiting to start my clomid knowing that my anabolic blood levels are decreasing. I like to keep them peaked as long as I can and by running winny, tren, prop, etc., it allows me to take advantage of cycling 1-2 days before starting clomid.
