Hi guys,

I know you think I'm new ... but I'm really not. I just haven't been around for a couple of years.

A little bit about me:

I am a female. Even though I, unfortunately, do not do steriods I do inject the bottoms of at least 4 or 5 men. I haven't decided whether I like this yet or not.

Anyway, somehow ... and I won't go into a long story ... unless you want me too

I ended up being the supplier, the dietician, the researcher and the butt injector for my boyfriend, my two sons, and my boyfriends two sons. The reason mostly is because I at first thought it unsafe and didn't want to kill my loved ones. But, upon discovering that they were gonna do it anyway ... I got involved several years ago.

So, here is my question or questions:

My boyfriends son and my own son are both in their early 20's.

The are both very big boys. Weighing around 250 to 280 and 6 ft tall. 52" chest, 20" arms and 42" waist. I personally think they have big muscles and are very strong. They, of course want to be buff, not Mr Universes or anything like that, they just want to look good in swimsuits and stuff.

They are presently taking sustanon 250's and nothing else. They are also trying to diet and eat just that all protein thing and no carbs. They are also working out heavily. I just don't think that's what they need to do. But, I don't know exactly what they do need to do.

I have read all that you guys say about this stuff ... that's why I think they need to do something different. Like maybe a cutting cycle or something.

So guys ... tell me what you think please.

I know you know what they should be doing.

So, will ya help my little guys a bit?

I would ever so appreciate it and so would they.

Thank you

I would suggest cardio before the use of T3, DNP, clen and the like. Cardio is by far the best way to lose unwanted BF. Perferably first thing in the A.M. BEFORE the consumption of any food 3-4x s/wk for a min. of 20min. An OTC fat burner would make a nice addition as well.

i agree with DS. cardio would be the best.

am cardio involving legs and arms
healthy breakfast
15 minute walk
2 hrs later light snack
2 hrs later healthy lunch
15 minute walk
2 hrs later light snack
2 hrs later high protien dinner
15 minute walk
2 hrs later light snack
no meals after 6pm,
and lots of water.....lots and lots of water

this has worked well for me, im an early riser so this works great. i also work out am.
