What’s up boys. 2nd cycle log. Let’s get into it.
First cycle was test E @ 500 mg 1-10 weeks. With dbol @ 25-35 mg for weeks 1-4
Over all was a pretty good cycle. Got about 228 after all said and done. Sadly a few weeks after cycle I tore some ligaments in my ankle playing basketball... had o take some months off and lost a lot of size in my lower body. Been training natty for a bit. But pre cycle bloods my test came back at 230 I ran another one and I came back at 165. Mid cycle bloods didn’t even get a chance to do but noticed no issues with my E2 or really anything at all. Pcted clomid nolva. Post cycle bloods came back with test levels at 630. So I’m assuming it was a very good reset.

Will be running pre cycle bloods tomorrow for the second cycle.

Weight 208-210
BF:12-13% maybe less?
Height: 6’4

SECOND CYCLE.

Week 1-4 and 10-12test prop 75 mg eod
Week 1-9test E 300-400 mg per week. ( May try mwf pins using test e last cycle felt slightly unstable with some crashing on the weekend)
Week 1/3-12 Mast Prop 100 mg eod. (May let test prop kick a bit to see how it feels as I’ve never used it.)
Anavar somewhere in the middle/towards the end at 50 mg a day split between 2 dosages
My ai I’ll use arimidex if needed based on some blood work. Used aromasin before.
PCT
This time around ima use hcg. Still debating to throwing it in mid cycle or just using it post cycle for 2 weeks before pct.
But nolva 30/20/20/20
Clomid 50/40/40/30

I’m super sensitive to meds. A little bit goes a long way for me.


Diet is going to be a lean bulk style. Im more of a job skywalker build.(google him) More on the cutting side than a true bulk. Maybe a surplus of 250-300 cals to start. Still fine tuning my caloric needs but will be eating at least 3800 cals a day. I am a machine and can burn through calories like nothing. Probably 45% protein carbs and 10% fat. All Whole Foods with a cheat meal in there. Cardio will consist of some intense cardio on active rest days and then some walking/jogging/bike on a light walk for about 30 min fasted.

Lemme get some input on what y’all think.

-pinning: why by weekday, just pin EOD regardless of the day it falls on
-diet: 10% fat is too low IMO (~40g?), and be sure to add cals as you grow to keep growing, if you’re lean by nature (like me) you’ll probably undershoot, and if you overshoot, it falls off quick
-why mast?

The test E I would usually pin Monday Thursday. I suppose I may as well do it eod if I’m going to be using the mast.

Yeah I’m roughly 42 grams of fat in a diet like that. My fat intake is one thing in nutrition I need to manage better. Realistically I’d probably be getting closer to 50-55 grams including the olive oil I cook with Ect. What would you recommend changing nutrient composition wise? But I drop weight like no other and can change my body comp in a matter of a few weeks. Super good yet super bad.

But the based on my knowledge, mast seems to be a very good compound I will like to have in conjunction with everything. I like how it raises your free T and gives a dryer look. Want to try it for its “cutting” properties. I know steroids don’t burn fat not what I’m getting at, for the record. It’s more of a little boost than anything and I’m curious.

If I didn’t use mast I would probably bump my test up a little bit more. But I don’t see the need for someone of my size to be running over 500 mgs of gear. So I lowered my test and added some mast.

My advice would be start protein and fats high. At 3800 cals or so, maybe 350-400g protein, 70-80g fats, and then make up the rest in carbs and up carbs over the cycle and let fats and protein increase as they will.

I’m 5’6, ended my cycle at 220 from 198 or so, and was at 500p/850c/120f. Started from 5k or so 16 weeks prior. Key to keep growing is continuing to add cals. I just prefer high protein as a starting point. I never was before this offseason but it changed my mind.

Drug choices will keep you leaner and drier; should be slow lean gains for sure.

Wow so you really fucking loaded up those macros I love it. I’m going to try it. I have a bad habit of under doing my diet. I’m going to really try and load up and do 1.75-2 g of protein/lb and at least 2.5 g of carbs/lb of body weight. Fats I’ll let fall into place and aim for at least 75-85 grams a day. I was a big pot smoker and that fucked with my throat and stomach constantly burning myself and Just not having the urge to eat.

But Ima look to see if you have any logs and check out your diet. I shed body fat on test and dbol. I’m really excited for this next go. Appreciate it brother.

Lil update.


Got my wisdom teeth out last Tuesday 11 days ago. Face still has swelling. Eating is still a huge task and not able to eat as much as I’d like. Feeling a lot better today. Hoping to start pinning next week. Currently sitting around 220 12-14% bf. Will want to lean bulk.

Just a thought I was using a lot of mast prop. No joke I stopped and started using 75-100mgs of proviron and I am a lot phappier. It has a lot of the same properties and you can get away running it at that dose for a lot cheaper. One of the only orals that is not hepatoxic

I think maybe @Mac11wildcat was curious on why you went with masteron because it seems like a lot of people have started using this compound when in reality it is fin g to do hardly anything for them, are atleast not what they were thinking it was gon g to do. People here that it’s some magical gardener, it’s not, it is a great compound for someone at 10% or below to really bring out the physique. The dose that is needed also isn’t cheap. So why use something that is not going to impact your body all that much. The money you are spending would be better spend on something else. I do think like anavar. Some people do. Winstrol for me is my go to. Because of the strength and lbs it can throw on me. Also when it comes to a aesthetic compound I think Winstrol need to be a part of every cutting cycle. Strength I get from Winstrol is comparable to what I get from anadrol. Not saying it adds the size that anadrol does but strength wise and the pumps I get are ferocious.

I was very curious about primo but decided mast was the more simple choice. As I said above I lowered my test BUT. Still wanted to add something as a tiny “boost” due to the added room I have to add another compound and still be at a more “mild” level. I’m excited to try it. I’ll see what happens. But I’m on the fence of adding anavar in this round. I’ll see how I’m feeling mid cycle.
