I have to take 20mg omeprazole every 3 or 4 days to keep the acid down or else my stomach feels like a volcano. Nearly normal with the omeprazole, though.

Well the weight loss drug was primarily to keep my bg lower, second to lower my insane appetite from the gear, any amount of tren makes me hungry af. Yes I think I'm obese by bodybuilding standards, I think I'm about 26 or 27% now, when I started this blast 6.5 weeks ago I think I was 21 or 22%, but I'm not sure because of so much bloat that I have now, like maybe I'd be way leaner when the gear comes out, but I'm calling it added bad weight since it's there.

I'm rarely not eating the cleaner foods, but I've totally lost my taste for greens, they make me want to throw up, so a ton more rice and beans and more calories because of that, but it's probably a good thing anyway, I can diet when I go back to HRT, but for now my body wants to eat for a 260'er, so I'm just fighting that as much as possible. I still get a super-burrito with an appetizer and a few tortilla chips once every couple of weeks, but I'm really just overeating cleaner foods.

I pretty much got bg figured out, I mean I ran HGH for 14 months and recovered it back to 70's two to 3 hours fasted within a couple of months. I have 1000iu of Humalog on the way in the mail

What do you know about bg? Clean eating and excersize is the best thing that can be done to fix it as far as I know, when I come off of this I have some metformin that will help me touch it back up, my bg was fine until I stopped the semaglutide, so I just hoped back on it, but it's still a little high, and I'm just gonna start bombing some Log preworkout and using an iu or two or 3 with each meal if I need too. But using slin multiple times a day will lower my sensitivity, also, and could make the problem worse, needing more slin while on and making it harder to regain sensitivity when I come off, but I'm sure it'll be fine.

I was getting a little worried that I'm over-working my pancreas with semaglutide and I love pumping up my workout and I've never done roids + GH + slin only GH + slin on TRT (which was crazy gains) and I had to give it a try. I can't believe I just sent Panda more money when they just ripped me off for 5 Lantus pens last year, but they got the best deal on slin that I can find, and I know their Log is good and it never loses potency. Panda had mailed the 5 pens, the package was leaking at the first post office over there inTurkey because of their fucked up packaging, this is 9 months ago, so it got returned to them. 2 weeks ago they told me that they had reshipped it a second time at the end of last year that I never got, and they won't provide proof that they even shipped a pack to my zip code, it took them 8.5 months of emails just to tell me that they had sent a reship 8 months ago, that they won't even bother to try to prove. Fuck them

The macros I stated before on this blast are bullshit, they added up to like 3150 calories when I'm pretty sure I'm always between 4 and 5k, I was just waiting to make a new batch of rice and beans to get the weight and macros correct on it before I started using myfitnesspal, so I'm tracking everything starting today
so youve gained bf since being on cycle? you should do a cut and then a bulk if youre trying to bulk up right now its difficult if your bf is that high

I'm just gonna keep going as long as my health stays up, I'll cut on HRT, I'm up 22lbs in 6.5 weeks, I'm sure 15 pounds of that is water that will exit.

The secret? It's quite simple. Activity, and diet.
Carbs themselves are not evil, it's the simple, refined, processed sugars that are the main culprit.

First thing in Am. You need to stoke the fire, and burn up the glucose that has been stored. A simple fast paced walk, bike ride, swim for 30 mins, hell even walking the dog is better than sitting in front of TV swigging coffee with a donut.
Complex Carbs with some protein and fat to start the day, try to keep the glucose spikes down. A good protein shake and banana is better than nothing, now that you got the motor running, you dont want it starving for fuel. Stay active and moving throughout the day, standing, instead of sitting, taking the stairs, you get the idea. Snack between meals, stay satiated. Eat a big lunch when you can, no sweet tea, no simple carbs, indulge in protein and veggies. A snack in the afternoon is fine, some fibery fruit, another shake.

Time to get that motor up into the higher rpm range before your workout. Get moving, increase that heart rate. Resistance workouts are a must, pumping iron or completing a circuit on the machines.

Dont overlook dinner as being important to replacing your body's fuel, you want to use the good gas, not the cheap ethanol watered down with "added sugars". Relax.

Dont eat just before laying down for the night, a healthy snack a few hours prior is fine, keep the Carbs down. Cheese, peanut butter, yogurt, etc. Walk the dog, bike ride again.

Lots of water throughout the day is essential. I like to keep some cucumbers and onions soaked in ACV in the fridge to curb cravings. Get a good nights sleep.

Following this simple routine, keeping large blood sugar spikes to a minimum, while eating enough quality whole food, will help you attain most goals. Your going to get out of it, what you put into it.

The same recipe for bulking, cutting, controlling your diabetes.

You have to stay moving, revving that engine once in awhile, while keeping the tank full of quality fuel.

Side effects will include a lowered A1C, smaller waist, leaner mass, looking better, so you will feel better.
The correct use of PEDS, in the smallest amounts, think in the long term, to enhance, not be the foundation, will be the icing on the cake, that you can have and eat it too.

After all, your perception of vanity is all in your head.

bro no my method is fasting, as long as it takes to stablize blood sugar levels and then when you reintroduce food you stay on a clean diet its simple really. I have cured diabetes and i have a ton of clients to vouch for this as it works

I'm realy interested in this, I've been battling DM forever.

My issue with the fasting is I tend to lose muscle mass. Sure i can get to a healthy A1c, and BMI, but i end up weak and scrawny. Currently I'm also Anemic, possibly due to blood thinner usage? Eliquis, or apixaban. For about a year now.(had a Dvt/ P embolism) Just feel weak, and tired.

I started back to a Trt regime, and got my lean mass back. Only through the use of insulin and Metformin can I control it. I'm sure if I didnt eat as much, it wouldn't take as much medication to control it.

My fasting bg was 225, at 170 lbs. Only 15 iu humilin n x2 daily.
Now fasting is 90, at 200lbs but it's taking 20ius humilin N,x2 daily, 10ius humilin R each meal, and 1000mg metformin x2 daily.

Body fat has remained about same,< 15%.

I realy want to beat this bitch, with minimal drug use.

have you looked into fasting or intermitten fsting? I know you dont want to lose muscle mass but look at it this way its more important right now and once you get off the insulin you can focus gaining muscle mass back . if you want to stay on gear to minimize youre loss. you will lose muscle yes but it will be worth it

edit: Im recovering from a septic PE right now my self did you notice any longlasting effects? Ive been in the hostipal for a month on IV antibiotics because the doctor wants to be cautions and not take a chance on it coming back otherwise i would be home right now. according to the doc i should be dead but i serisouly doubt that ha itll take more than that tto kill me. I accidentally injected staph directly into a vein thats how i got it

Im guessing you are familiar with dr. Fung? I watched his series of fasting and diabetes videos on youtube and at the end i was convinced that most, if not all, type2 diabetes can be cured with fasting and proper diet after. Also he convinced me that current type2 diabetes treatment is terrible and simply prolongs or worsens the disease.

@Juicedhead tell more about mixing MK677 with GH I love both those products but never really mixed them cause I thought that the one can cancel the other.

ATM I’m on 3 susta amps per week
200mg deca
200mg tren hex
Proviron here and there and 5iu GH.

From the time that I added the trenbolone appetite has increased tremendously but I only want to eat carbs and protein powders I need sweet chocolate lot of carbs have gone hypo once and I only add it to the mix 2 weeks ago and I’m up 1.5kg leaner.

I was thinking to swap GH for MK to push the scale a little but if I can mix them with good results why not

Fung built a brand on fasting and will not consider any other options or acknowledge any of the harmful effects of regular bouts of prolonged fasting (both mental and physical).
