After you finish filtering.

How do you get the golden nectar from a glass media bottle into sealed, sterile vials? If you brew just 100ml that's filling ten 10ml vials.
What are some efficient ways to accomplish this, while maintaining cleanliness? The method that I'm thinking of is to place a vent needle in each of the rubber stoppers of the vials and fill them that way. Would you draw up the finished product from the media bottle into a large syringe and then go through the process of filling the vials?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Well since you are distributing them between 10 vials, I would say use the closest you can get to a 100ml syringe to eliminate possible contam. Keep in mind though, the bigger the syringe, the harder it will be to push. Use a 25g or bigger vent needle for presealed vials.
Also, it's always best to over brew, in this case, maybe a few ml over 100 to account for any possible waste or inaccurate measurement. 'Bigger syringes are less accurate.'
