Almost immediate reaction anytime I have pinned recently...?

Almost immediate reaction anytime I take a shot?

Seeking others experience. I have sought a lot of medical advice and there have been no answers given. Hence coming to reddit...

For context I have been on TRT before. I was about 190lbs at the time. I was on for about 1 year before dropping my protocol due to uncontrolled blood pressure. That issue persisted after dropping the TRT so I am unsure if it was due to testosterone. I quit smoking and was put on a beta blocker.

BP is now controlled. Although I have gained some weight. I am up to about 220.

About 4-5 weeks ago I started ramping up my TRT script again. My PCP and endo won't prescribe me testosterone but I tell them what I am doing so they can monitor me. Recently I have had an ECG, Cardiogram and Plaque score. My heart is healthy. All labs are within range aside from my LDL being 1 point low on the reference range.

I was experiencing maybe a little bit of the symptoms described further in this text but it was very minimal on the ramp up.

As I began to ramp up T I felt great coming into week 2 & 3. I figured my natural production was still on yada yada. I have done this before. I had an idea what to expect feels wise.

Once I hit about week 4 I started getting very strange reactions anytime I took a shot.

*I would get a very tight/pulling sensation in my chest. No pain. Just...tight? Sometimes it seemed to be relieved through gastric relief ( farting or burping ). Again RBC and HCT are fine. I am on a very low dose of about 80-90mg per week so HCT isn't really an issue for me at these doses. If I went to the gym while feeling like this I would feel better. Not worse. Good sign it is not cardiac. It almost seemed like my lifts were more intense a few times right after pinning. I bring this point up for a point I have later one...?*

BP readings were usually always with range. Sporadically if I would sit down immediately from moving around and take it I might be hovering around 130/80 but if I would sit for 2-3 minutes than take it I would be 115/75.

*I am stumped. Possible ideas as to what this could be...?*

1. I am heavier so I am aromatizing more. I didn't experience this last time I was on T because I was lean-ish for my build when I started. I immediately hopped on 200mg with very little sides.

2. I am experiencing some sort of allergic reaction to my test vial? It is an older bottle of test from a compounding pharmacy. I believe it is about 3 years old now? It has went through a move or 2. Hasn't always been stored in cool conditions etc... It's been around is all I am saying.

3. In the back of my mind I have a random thought that maybe my vial isn't just strictly Test Cyp? As advertised on the label? This was a legit script from a "legit" compounding pharmacy but the company itself seems a little sketch. Has bad ratings on google, label is kind of cheap etc...

It almost seems to me that it could be a Test No Ester or Test Prop or something that is short acting ester due to having some great pumps in the gym immediately after pinning and having an almost immediate reaction after pinning.

IDK. I am relatively healthy besides my weight. Need to drop probably 20-30lbs. Other than that I am kind of at a loss as to what is going on. Any suggestions, pointers, experiences are greatly appreciated.

hmmmm

One guess could be that you are indeed having an allergic reaction to your injections, causing airway constriction -> shortness of breath/chest feeling weird. As to why working out makes you feel better, my guess to that is that the sympathetic activation causes your airways to dilate (similar to how going for a run while you have a congested nose due to a cold opens up your nostrils).

Does your breathing sound different after the injection/as the chest feeling sets in? ie. Do you have wheezing or whistling of whatever?

No. Nothing like that I don't think. Not positive tho. Breathing is steady the whole time I am pretty sure tho. I am making a mental note of what you are saying though and Will report back.
