Alpha's getting thick ;)

oh man sittin at 205 with abs and major vascularity and im lovin it! seems like change happebed after eq and rackpulls pkus increase cals came in
quick update diets been iifym and im killing it! repped 225 easy for ten like it was the bar and 245 was pretty light for reps, squatting 315 easy for reps and deadlifting 3 plates like its candy! most notable are my increases in legs and arms. im gettig compliments left and right! :)
got any update pics man?? how was that superdrol kick start?

Dont you hate when you order pics thru Walmarts Photo online and they all come back with the sides of the arms/delts missing because it didnt fit in the frame ? !! Im pissed , I just wasted $12 on photos that are missing my triceps and side delts !!
 
true ive been slackin on le diary. thing should ne slowing down and ill be able to relog my stuff! progress pics with the book ;) jus give me a chance to catch on the cardio like i was two weeks ago ;)
 
all i can say though is im never gonna stop lifting like i did in med school a while before this... thats how i got so soft in my starting pic versus what i looked like a year ago. lifting keeps me happy ficused energized and the list goes on and on. no matter how tired ill get something in and im not talking about my dick ;)
 
oh yeah that pic is at my knee cap lol my legs are actually huge. a pro competitive bb in my area told me i needed to either stop squating so often or to blow upper body uo if i wanted to be competitive on stage lol. i guess i have leg genetics ;)
 
some update bro. pctlines trene hasbeen donefortwo weeks and im running some ugls trene now... started slin pre today. gains are good and threw in some primatene prewornout. strengths good. started cardio recently excited to lean up more
