I think it's safe to say that BOTH a high protein high fat moderate carb and high protein high carb moderate fat diet can be equally effective at achieving ones goals, and everyone has a diet that works best for them.
In other news, I took this weekend off lifting as I haven't taken a rest day or deload for a while now. Decided to enjoy my time off from work and visited some friends in college, I did drink for the night, but this is the first time I have drank in 6mo+ and I don't plan on drinking while on cycle again. I did not take my tbol the day I drank, felt like that was at least a little better.
Looks like I lost about a lb or so over the weekend from a lack of food intake, but nothing major. Chico is always a good time.
Today I am gonna be back In the gym after work killin a chest workout, calorie intake has gone immediately back to a surplus after this weekend, even more focused now trying to get 750-1k above maintenance for these first cycle gains. Think I may have to up my adex to 1mg ed, see if it fixes my libido issues. Getting bloodwork to check e2 done this week. The adex I'm currently using is pharmacoms, but I also have some from alldaychemist, feel like pharmacoms may be under dosed or I just have a high conversion to e2.

That's a pr by about 4 reps last time I tried 205 I only hit 6 for one set.
Rope pull down 100x10x4 sets

Underhand reverse curl 110x10x2
Overhand tricep push down 120x10x2
Finished with one arm behind head db extension for Tri 20reps with 15lbs, alternating arms with no rest for up to 5 sets each arm
I was feelin great in the gym today. Think my test cyp is starting to work together with the tbol. End of the day weight was 183.3, but I'm gonna weigh in tomorrow morning to get an accurate reading. I've never experienced bloat and It's hard for me to recognize it at low bf, but I think I'm holding some water cuz of estro, my skin seems a little oily too, gonna up my dex for a bit to see how I feel. Libido is slightly off rn too, but seemed to get better when I took a higher dose of adex last night. I'm feelin really good. The tbol gives me some CRAZY pumps, but it works in synergy with the test pretty well IMO. Strength has gone up tremendously and size gain has been very good. From what I can tell all lean muscle, maybe small bf cus I still am bulking and that's diet related. But I can still see all 6 abs, my veins a poppin through like crazy on my arms and legs like never before, arms have a lot of definition. I'm excited for the weeks to come.
 
Alright so weighed In at 176.5lbs this morning. Pretty damn good so far. I took my second dose of adex @ 1mg, woke up this morning with a slight headache and stiffness in my neck, and a slight sore throat. Do you think this is related to the adex? Maybe I am too low e2 instead of too high like I first though. Man this bloodwork tomorrow will be very helpful. Anyways I plan on smashing either back or legs tonight depending on how I'm feelin later.
In the past I have crashed e2 before and the next day I was feelin back to normal again, which makes me think I aromatize at a pretty high rate. Any input is appreciated
 
Imo you're fucking around with your adex too much. Do you have any signs of gyno?? You're gonna have oily skin...its not a bad thing IMO.

So when you get your blood work back do you know how much adex you were taking prior to the test??

Tbh you're probably right. I am hella paranoid about Gyno and I'm checking my nips like every day but they are not sensitive, don't hurt, don't lactate, not itchy. It doesn't feel like I have a lump or pea or anything I can just feel tissue behind them, more so on my left side. I think I'm just tripping though, visually they look normal to me. I know I need to stop fuckin with em. Aside from these past two days @ 1mg before bed, my dex dosage was pretty constant at .5 ed. I've just wanted to find the sweet spot cuz my libido is off a little, still mentally want to fuck every girl that's semi cute, but physically erections aren't as strong or finishing. Not a big deal cuz I don't have a gal right now, but it would like to fix it and find me sweet spot for future reference. Bloodwork will be my answer to know if I'm too high or too low.

Sure I was more focused on trying to dial it in for libido issues, not necessarily Gyno cuz I didn't have any Gyno symptoms

you should of started out without taking Adex. than if you got gyno issues, start taking Adex. Adex should not be used to fix libido. you will have the look of too much estrogen before you have libido problems. could all be in your head. your head has all the power. if you think it, than you believe it.

Agreed, people jump on the adex train way too often without knowing what the eff they are doing. Bro science is a monster, blood work and expierence is the answer. People play Russian roulette with arimidex and wonder why their dick does not get hard. Go figure
 
To justify my adex from the start a bit, my precycle bloods came back with elevated estro and prolactin, bringing down the estro with adex fixed the prolactin issue, I just haven't found the spot for it to settle at. @HuckingFuge @rubisean

It is all good tatt, you are doing it right with bloods. Me personally my sweet spot with estrogen is mid 20's, I am not like most that convert test to estrogen. Even while on a gram of test my estrogen stays low, my point is everyone is different and without bloods we are just pissing in the wind. So relax, you are doing it right.
 
Still have had a slight headache all day, slightly sore throat and slight congestion. Seems more just like a little cold I may have caught from someone. Planning on hitting some legs and shoulders tonight , will see how I feel when I get In there. Will update with my workout later.

On another note, I've been experiencing some pretty bad heartburn recently. Also I never train cardio but I do notice myself out of breath more often, not sure if it's just because I've put on a lot of weight in the past 6 months or if it's from the cycle. I've read of these sides with tren, can they also happen with test/tbol?
