Alt 76 , Ast 59 - on cruise

It looks like they are both about 20 points or so elevated, I was about to start a cycle and do 20-30mg dbo with my test and primo when i start , should I avoid Orals now and how concerning are these liver values.? I've been cruising about 3 months now.

Stop training for two days at least and retest it. Did you check gamma GT? Was it elevated too?

Did you take Tylenol or any other medication that increase liver values? Did you just had legs trained and went to draw the blood?

Gamma gt is 29 it says <65 is good so I assume that's well. And no I just had a long day before the test and ate kind of bad the night before. Not sure.

If GGT is not elevated I wouldn't worry much. You can retest after 2 days off training and eating ok

What he said. My ALT AST numbers can hit those levels just from training. If concerned, test after a few days layoff to be sure.
