What orals you taking? Orals will do it to ya

Mostly anadrol 50mg but sometimes left over lady anavar usually 10mg but yeah stopped all that after my most recent set of labs no orals other than preworkout over the counter stuff now

Well the 50mg anadrol will definitely do it, don’t expect to have normal liver functions on that

Yeah that’s definitely been my guess as the biggest offender haha. On the upside I don’t drink alcohol anymore maybe 1 drink per month on average but often it’ll be months at a time I don’t have any alcohol these days so just tying to find that right balance for my liver. So no orals no alcohol and a few more rest days plus milk thistle, nac and tuduca daily is my current regiment. Hoping around early January to rerun labs and see if there’s an improvement. No real liver symptoms so far that I’ve noticed though
