Should I be worried? Liver test results pre second cycle

Well the 50mg anadrol will definitely do it, don’t expect to have normal liver functions on that
Yeah that’s definitely been my guess as the biggest offender haha. On the upside I don’t drink alcohol anymore maybe 1 drink per month on average but often it’ll be months at a time I don’t have any alcohol these days so just tying to find that right balance for my liver. So no orals no alcohol and a few more rest days plus milk thistle, nac and tuduca daily is my current regiment. Hoping around early January to rerun labs and see if there’s an improvement. No real liver symptoms so far that I’ve noticed though

You should be using TUDCA and NAC while running orals for the liver

Heavy lifting/cardio can raise your liver enzymes. Make sure you don't do any heavy lifting/ cardio for 7 days before Labs next time.
This guy knows.

Although it does not take 7 days to lower them. Through experimentation, I have found that 4 days of rest, no lifting, no cardio, is sufficient.

Bigbicep, seriously, take some time off of lifting and retest. My doctor had me all signed up to go to a liver specialist. I was freaking out thinking I had somehow killed my liver. I was researching online and discovered that this was extremely common in athletes. Moreover, these markers are not like other markers, where being slightly out of range is an issue. If there is real lover disease, these markers will shoot way up higher than your results.

So I took time off.

Now I almost always take a break from the gym just so that these numbers will come back in line.

If you do something physical that is intense, if you are sore, new cardio, anything, you will throw both these markers high.

Take a break and retest and let us know.

Thanks. Yea I this could be it. Since my ultrasound was fine I’m getting another blood test done to find antibodies. If this test comes back negative then I will try rest for 4 days then check my levels. Honestly I feel like this really could be it because I feel and am healthy otherwise.
