AM I TAKING TOO MUCH??

Hey ive just realised that i could be taking a higher dose than i have before and wanted to get abit of advice on it.

My current cycle is 500mg of test e and 100mg of tren e a week split into 2
But my previous cycles have been quite low compared (if im right on what im thinking)

First cycle was 500mg of test e

Second was 500mg test e

Third was 500mg of test e

Fourth was 500mg of test e a week and 30mg of dbol a day

Fith was 500mg of test e a week and 30mg of dbol a day

Sixth was 500mg of test e a week and 40mg of dbol a day

Seventh was 625mg of test e

Eighth was 625mg of test e

Ninth was 500mg of test e and 100mg of tren e

Tenth (current) is the same as mentioned above

All of the cycles didnt go longer than 14 weeks and i took at least 8 weeks on a cruise dose,but usually abit longer like 10-12 weeks (cruise dose was 125mg untill last cruise i upped it to 150mg)
But now im wondering if ive jumped to much on the dose, like if tren is 5 times stronger than test that does that mean im basically on the same as 1000mg of test?

As you can see i have used the lowest dose i could (maybe should of done lower on first cycle but heard people saying you dont want to waste newbie steroid gains and do a low dose on first cycle,if that was right im not sure)
But if i was just using test i would of gone to 750mg then 875mg then a 1000mg and i would of used each dose until i didnt see as good results.
So basically now im wondering should i lower the test? Maybe 250mg of test e and 100mg of tren e which would equal 750mg of test.

But im wondering would it be stupid to that now as ive already done a cycle at that dose and would my body need the higher dose (if it works like that)
Or would it infact be stupid to use more test than i need when i could save on test oil and maybe the negative health impact of the higher dose.

Ive just done a cut after a cruise and was on 500mg of test e for a few weeks whipe cutting now im trying to lean bulk or maingain whatever its called now. Basicallytrying to stay lean n creep up weight slowly, worrying more about how i look in the mirror and not how heavy i am.

I tried adding as much as i could, cheers for any help i appreciate it :)
 
250 test and 100 tren is NOT like taking 750 test. Just saying. Dont listen to me cause im just a dummy. But id simply lower the test and up the tren. If youre taking 50mg/3-5 days its not actually doing 100mg. Its more like 60-65 Pin 300mg of E Youre releasing ROUGHLY 6-8mg a day with your schedule. Pinning 300 will up that close to 40 bringing you closer to 275/week. Do the math and adjust as needed. Some may agree. Some may think im a moron. Which i am. Either way everyone is different and no one way works best so. Best of luck.

That 5x anabolic figure is how much tren affects the pelvic muscles (non-skeletal) of rats compared to test. It doesn't directly translate efficacy on human skeletal muscle growth. Tren is definitely stronger by a few magnitudes, but most people guesstimate it is closer to 3x as strong mg per mg based on anecdotes.
 
Those look like very clean ..healthy cycles.. 100mg of tren is a gokd.stsrting dose.. I can't handle more.then 200 tren a.. fucks my head up and honestly tje gains are shit when combined woth tje mental side effects I get..
You.may be big.you may not be.. alot of guys do cycles and don't go balls oit woth diet and training therefore they are just decent looking.nothong spectacular.. idc personally what.you look like.. its.your body.yoir health.. you know tje risks..
In all honesty if.these are your honest doses and cycles.. you are 10x more conservative then the majority.. myself included.. respect for.that.bro..
 
Dude go read some posts of what others have done. I opened this expecting something ridiculous.

You seem way more than fine your history is clean. THIS should be a sticky on how to cycle for the average gym rat. Obviously this is very conservative but first 4-5 cycles should be 1-2 compounds imo.

Cheers man i try to stay healthy while doing it, i dont want to be too big either. I used to want to be as big as rich piana, at one point i thought you could get that big natural lmao but now i know what it takes to get that big i want to be smaller. Im around 88kg now, once i go into a surplus probably bounce back to 90kg quite shredded, then i got 10-15 more kgs to gain. Definitely gunna be the hardest gains to get.
Ill attach a pic of when i wasnt so flat lol i weighed 88kg here but im like 15% bf im alot leaner now and at the same weight. But where im flat it looks worse.

This is without a pump aswell, maybe a little because trained that day but at least 2 hours after training. Im trying to be happy without a pump so i dont tend to look or take pics when i am pumped.
Sometimes i catch a glimpse in the mirrors at the gym while training but it makes me feel bigger than i am lol

I also tend to go through phases of getting high as fuck for a long period and it affects my training/diet. So its been like one step forward 2 steps back.
But now im real strict on diet (like 1 cheat a week and thats usually a home cooked cheat)
This bulk im about to start im going to stick to that. I always say it but fuck up and have to loose more fat but this time im trying to stay lean,my next cut shouldnt take as long then either.

Cheers man, but the hairs gone now lol buzz cut.
I loved it but noticed a little patch forming on top so took it off, hopefully i can keep the buzz cut for a few years then it'll be full on skin head

I dont feel bad onit at all, but have only used a little amount. The only bad part for me is the night sweats but i heard using magnesium can stop them. Its got to be gylcinate version though as it dont have a laxative effect. Ild rather wake up in sweaty sheets than shitty ones lmao

And i look leaner there than i am, see this pic u can see more lines, but look flat as a pancake, but i weigh 88.5kg and definitely leaner so i havent lost much.now the goal is fill back up but with muscle not fat. Hopefully i can post better pics soon

From now on there will be no slacking either, like see the last cycle (first time i took tren)
I fucked up n was getting high and missing training days, not training that hard when i was and eating crap. So im counting this cycle as like my first propper tren cycle. If i can get to 95kg shredded after this one ill be made up.
But i doubt getting to 105kg will be as easy as 3 more cycles getting 5kg of lean muscle each one lol especially when i hold back on the dosage.
