Ok, so I've only been lurking for a few days on this site and frankly never in my wildest dreams did I think I'd ever have reason to.
So I have a story to tell as to how I got here. First, I am 63 been lifting on and off since I was in my 20's. Always found my own way and have been blessed with good genetics. I have no idea what my BF % is because I don't keep track. I look in the mirror evaluate what I see and notice how tight or loose my pants are. I have great definition so much so that I am frequently asked in the gym how I have done it.. especially given my age. So forgive my lack of knowledge of your jargon. I have always eaten healthy and do use supplements like Whey,Creatine, BCAA's etc.
Ok, if your still with me... In April my best friend convinced me that I should try some tst. minimal dosage. I never would have considered it except I'm 63! I thought, What the hell do I have to lose. He's been using all kinds of gear for years and I trusted him. Now I already had a good physique but of course within about 6 weeks there were great results so I get hooked. Now the shitty part comes. In June this guy, who by the way was my best friend, dies in a motorcycle crash. A great personal loss for me but that's not the point here. Obviously he was my source! Well, now I have run out and so here I am. Ignorant in every way and definitely hooked on the results! I'm not interested in getting into all kinds of gear. All I want is to be able to continue what he started me on.
So, I am hoping somehow through being on this site I can figure out what to do, who to contact, not get ripped off and find a credible source with good quality.
Have I been to honest? I figure there is no point in not being up front. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
