Hey man I just want to tell my experience about naps thats all. I just want to be cool with everybody on this forum. We all have something in common we like to body build. I just want to get a long with my people

Seriously we were just fucking with you about fb and posting pics. I personally dont see the 50lbs gains. I do see overall improvement but you do realize its impossible to gain that much muscle in 7 weeks right? If you want to make it here I suggest reevaluating your approach.
 
I honesty was about 187 maybe but I did have alot of muscle memory from all the previous years of working out. I just stopped lifting for a while and decided to jump back in full force. I have been eating my ass off daily too and working out a lot as well. It takes hard as you guys know. I'm not trying to show off or anything or try and lie and say that I got somewhere I didn't Im sure there is thousands of guys on here better than me. I'm just doing this because it makes me a happier person. I don't compete or plan on doing anything. I seriously just had a good experience with naps and wanted to share. I hope you guys understand. But yeah I got to get some sleep. I have work in 6 hours. I'll probably be on the forums more often looking for advice and etc on stuff. This was only a one time deal but naps has been good to me so far. I don't know about other people and I'm sorry if it was
 
I'm a source in meso - no not for selling gear but I source americans for isis I behead. Would everyone in here like to have these shills handed Over to isis? Let me know your opinions.
