Meaning what? Not matching label claims? Not hitting protien content? I realize it's a pretty average blend product. I usually by isolate only. And never buy muscletech stuff. Hopefully it's not horrible.

I try to stay with reputable sources like GNC ect for protein. That way I know someone is being held accountable for the products quality

Online on sale. It was basically just chocolate. And hes using it for 1 year and it did nothing until i showed him this info. So wasting money. I inly get stuff i know is tested now. I forgot the name. Like american something.

I figured out if I take my 24oz bottle. 2scoops of the phase8 and half full of HOT water, shake for a min, top off with milk. Mixes just fine, no clumps or grit. Fridge overnight it’s ready when ya need it. It does taste pretty good. First time I tried it to and fills you up nicely, not craving for a feast afterwards lol.
