amount of test for holdin muscle

Ive never did a cutter befor and only four cycles with 600mg week prop. im working on lowering my bf right now, whats the lowest amount of prop i could use to hold unto muscle while still being effective? thanks roofer

I am one of those guys who feel you only need the bare minimum while doing
a calorie restricted cutting cylce. I've seen some guys that do over a gram of AAS while dieting and it just doesn't make sense to me.

But to answer your question though, I don't know for sure. I would start out with 100mg of prop eod with a little arimidex and see how that works. If you don't lose any strength but are still losing weight, you would be on the right track.

thanks bro i did 3/4 ml of 200mg prop ill switch it to .50 ml sat.
