Anabolic and Testosterone Blood Work

I took my last shot of test E about 4 weeks ago. Been blasting and cruising for 5 years, in 31. Trying to have a baby and never used HCG. Semen analysis came back good in every category except sperm level which was 9 and normal is 35. I don’t want to have high test levels on my blood work so I stopped the shots. Working with Titan Medical Group to get my fertility back. Which anabolic increase you testosterone blood levels? I want to start using something that won’t affect test in my blood.
