@Kel995 I did a total of 3 pins. One right glute, one left glute, and one left thigh. PIP was a motherfucker for over a week on each site. My pinned muscle was worthless for a few days, not something I am interested in.
Did it fuck up your training too? PIP for one workout is bad......but fucking up a weeks worth will fuck with my head bad.
