I got 0 but its my first go around I would go with what @TideGear said an do size 3 there smaller so less filler an make more faster keep a recipe book for future is a great idea to an deff use aromasin like @Iron Vett said 25 mg caps are a lot easier than 1 mg caps when u first start cause 1 or 2 mg off won't hurt if its adex 1 or 2 mg off could be a huge deal

Thought about going down to a 4 since the dose is super small (and apparently a pressing machine is a no no) but then read somewhere where dealing with a size 4 can be a major pain in the ass.
