anadrol or dianabol?

even though the first time i did anadrol i gained like 25# i still prefer dbol over it no scientific reason i just like the pumps makes my forearms kill though muscles so tight

For me, D-bol seems to be more effective. I get better pumps, less bloat & blood pressure problems, and I can get D-bol much cheaper.

HC210

I get D-Bol a lot cheaper than Anadrol & the pump the muscles get is better with Dbol. But you can't beat the strength gains from Anadrol, just so damn expensive. I feel better taking Dbol. You have to eventually use both and make a decision. Hope this helps.

Best way to know is that your pumps will be insane after two or three weeks.

And to answer the initial post - I'll take Anabol any day of Anadrol. Obviously the reason why Anadrol is more expensive is because you're getting 10 times the dosage - 50mg in Anadrol as opposed to 5mg in Anabol. But Anabol works well if you use it right.

Hey bro,
No offence intended, but you should just workout without the use of aas for a while to see if you can even maintain a steady gym schedule. Alot of people jump into this and give up in a matter of weeks. Stay away from the juice until you have gone as far as you can naturally; during that time just eat right, train right, and supplement with protien and maybe some creatine, and glutamine. If you decide not to wait at least do yourself a favor and do the research. Alot of people will tell you what they think is right, but always checkup on the info for yourself.

Good luck, rec11148

Damn Dude,

You should not even be thinking about using gear right now. 2 weeks of lifting....you have not even scratched the surface of your genetic potential. You need to get ATLEAST couple years of weight training in before you touch the stuff. If you eat right and train right and use OTC supps right, you will see awesome gains. It is all in your will though. I have trained naturally since I was 16 and have continuously made improvements to my physique, week after week. You need to sit down and do some research bro. I know you are gonna do what you want, but im telling you, you dont need gear right now...especially if you are asking how much excercise you need to be doing. I am going to give you a link to one of the best, most informative sites I have ever seen.

www.ast-ss.com

Go there, and read read read. My advice for you, go to the site, sign up for the Max-OT training course, and read through EVERYTHING before you start. It is an awesome program and it pretty much gives you step by step instructions on how to effectively build lean mass. I started on the program my first year in college and by eating right, supplementing right, and getting plenty of rest, I put on about 20 pounds of lean mass that year- drug free! Im tellin you man, you will do awesome without gear for right now. You may end up doing so well, that you may never need/want to use. Trust me on this. Im sure all the other guys here will tell you the same thing. Just have patience and work your ass off. Good luck man!

Peace

After you go to that site, or any other site, if you have any questions, dont hesitate to PM me. I can give you a kick ass supplement plan that I garauntee, if you follow, you will see results...granted you actually follow it.

thx for advice man, ive no intention of giving up in a few weeks, youd know how desperate i was if you seen how thin i was, i only wanted to fill out just 1 inch on my arms and that would be great for me, i just wanted to know how long that would take if anyone can tell me.

No prob man, glad to be of help. As for only wanting to fill out a bit in your arms...forget that! You need a whole new mindset. If you go to the gym and have it in your head that all you want to do is add an inch to your arms, then you arent gonna make much progress. Weight training is as much mental as it is physical. You need to think ENTIRE BODY!!! It is gonna take some time to put on the weight and fill out, but you will be able to do it, no worries - just as long as you train correctly, intensely, and diet right. Just find yourself a program (Max-OT is awesome), follow it, and let yourself fall into a routine. Consistency is the key! Best way to add mass is to train and eat eat eat! but eat healthy!

as for an exact time frame of how long it would take to add some muscle...well, everyone is different. You cant really put an amount of time on it. Being that you are only 2 weeks into weight training, who knows, if you get some creatine, protein, glutamine in you, you might blow up quickly, or it may take a while. It depends on your genetics. If you do everything right, though, you will notice results in no time. I would say a month to 2 months you will notice that parts of you are starting to grow. You may not add that inch you want right away, but you will start to see a change in your entire body composition, strength increases, and you will have an all around better sense of well being. Just be patient and work hard brotha...it will all pay off for you.

 Oh no...

i gained more weight and strength the first year or two i started working out than i ever did on any of the cycles ive done ..wtf are you thinking?...2 weeks?!!!!...ill tell you this...you wont even notice if your dbol is fake cuz youre gonna gain a lot of weight really fast even if it is bunk gear, as long as diet, routine, and rest are in order...jesus..how old are you and what schmuck sold them to you?

ren

PS...not to mention the fact that after 2 friggin weeks you dont even know how to work out or eat properly..so the dbol isnt gonna do shit for you except put about 15 lbs of water in you which will then all come off once you stop taking it
