I hope you're just being sarcastic bro...If not then your advice isn't exactly something I'd dispell to other people...Especially those who are naive and easily influenced as they'll believe every word that comes out of your mouth. I can appreciate your attitude on training though. If you're just going through the motions then you're wasting your time.

Wolfman ---> You are absolutely correct. I should not condone this type of
behavior on a board where there are new beginners. I train at one of many Gold's
Gyms and get tired of seeing these weenies that expect gains and I see these guys
year after year make no gains what so ever. Some of them sit there bullshitting
for an hour. I get in and get the job done in an hour or a little more.

I miss the old days of seeing the hardcore BB'ers which are since nearly extinct.
That my friend is motivation not some pencil neck nimrod tying up a machine
for a half hour because he wants to read the paper and or bullshit with his buddies.

I have no patience for that kind of person in a (used to be) hardcore gym.

Just remember that although you wish to motivate the bro into pushing himself.....you might killthe little SOB in the process. Oh and yes, if you have headaches into a workout, check you BP, its high as hell. I understand your impatience but this was a good question that was addresses well by freak. pup
