IMO, those are HUGE doses to start. Even 20mg subq anavar will give you an immediately noticeable strength increase in gym. 50mg anadrol even more so... like enough to hurt yourself and be like wtf. also what else you running? anavar harder on kidneys, ana harder on liver
The way you mean it's called sublingually, not subcutaneous. Subc is under the skin and over the muscle tissue, fascia etc..so it requires a needle.
20mg anavar did nothing for me, 30 the same. At 40-50mg preworkout i started to notice some difference in performance and visuals. Also it was tested a little over 10mg per pill, so definitely not underdosed.
50mg pharma anadrol the same, at 75mg it gave me some extra strength and pumps and in 100mg it was starting to shine.
My liver enzymes stay very good even with orals with just a little NAC in place, i didn't have any appetite issues with anadrol just a little lethargy but perhaps this was from 700+ carbs per day.
With anavar my liver enzymes were good like 50 and 70 with a GGT of 10 and kidney markers were good too (i didn't test cystatin c though) BUT when i was about to end the cycle my kidneys started to hurt, especially in the morning while i was fasted and doing cardio. This pain continued for 2-3 weeks after i stopped anavar. I heard most people say it's the "safest" oral and i didn't bother to add at least a astragalus supplement during that cycle.
Now for the OP, in my opinion if you want to see yourself more ripped and veiny opt for the anavar. If you want to preserve fullness and strength go for anadrol. When you're lean enough i believe it helps with the visuals too, but if you're trying to recomp (meaning you're trying to get lean and you're not there yet) i'd say anavar would be a better fit.
