yea man, as long as the deca dosage is moderate. Anything over 300mg/wk on deca and you may want some test in there. I've ran 60-80mg/day var with 200mg/wk deca and had some great results
I wouldn't do it, but that's just me. Any reason you don't want to run test with your cycle?

Id run 200 mg deca and 2-300 mg test per week and 40-50 mg var. if I run the deca more then that, at like 300 mg, I'd need 500 mg test to avoid the deca dick.
Adding test to any oral is the smart way to go and like stated earlier you'll need test to avoid deca dick for sure. Is there some reason you're trying to avoid it?
How many weeks did you run it for?
Actually the cycle I ran was 60-80mg/day anavar, 200mg/wk deca, 500mg/wk primo, and 200 mg/wk test cyp for 10 weeks. I had a little test in there to combat any libido/erectile issues from the deca, but I always try to answer threads as accurately as possible. Technically if someone was to do just deca and anavar they may not get any erectile issues or they may. HOWEVER, those issues most likely would not occur until about 5-6 weeks into the cycle and you'd only be dealing with it for about a month IF IT EVEN HAPPENED AT ALL on a dosage of say 200mg/wk. Deca is one of those compounds that works plenty fine at 300mg/wk or less, I see no reason to use more.
So to answer your question as best as I can, could you run just deca and var if things like money/availability etc etc was an issue? Sure. In a perfect world would you want a little test in there? Yes. All I'm saying is guys have been running deca solo or things like deca/dbol w/out test in the mix for years and years. It really only becomes an issue when dosages get a little higher, but I'm old school and old school doses are nothing like shit guys take today
You run an AI to keep bloat under control. Keeping your diet on point will also help with not getting too bloated.
Old school works for me, I am in the same boat.

Run 200mg/week, your not gonna get bloated and even if you do it's worth having a dick that works!!
If your still nervous about bloat take an AI like bigstretch suggested..
Add arimidex and you'll be happy with what you see, no bloat, better gains.

i think this is the perfect answer, good job.
IMO keep your Var dose no higher than 50mg...Var can be a harsh oral and will suppress your natural ability to produce TEST greatly. IMO

so you ment can anaavr be used instead of test with deca ...yea but not well
if you use deca with no test you will get shutdown after the 1st shot ...deca shuts down ur balls like nothing else ..its harsh and if you dont use test your dick probably wont work after a couple weeks
why not just use some test too if you are already going to inject deca why not use test too? ...test is very cheap and low priced so why not use it?

This is all wrong! Anaavr should be run at least 50mg per day and its one of the least harsh steriods in the world on your body as well as does not shut you down hard!
Dude have you even ever done anavar?? Its the total oposite of what your saying
i do anaavr all the time ...right now been on about 75mg - 100mg a day for 2 months and get more cut each week ...milk thistle for liver and all is good
