Anavar and hair problems

I Will be starting week 4 of my first anavar t3 and albuterol cycle. I have noticed that my hair is falling out pretty bad and is super greasy all the time. It's not falling out to where I'm balding or anything but when I run a brush though it there's about a hand full of hair that comes out. I also used to be able to wash my hair and it was good to go for about 2-3 days now I'm having to wash it every single day. Have any of you ladies experienced this issue. Any help or advise is appreciated thanks so much

My partner had the same issue using 10mg anavar per day, a lot of hair being brushed out and a lot stuck in the shower drain, but she also noticed it was growing length faster than ever.
Honestly she wasn't too fussed about it and was happy with the speedy growth.

Sorry I can't help but at least you're not alone. It's just something that happens using androgens. Theres products that may help but that's up to you.

Her hair didn't look any different other than being longer.

I wish I had that problem lol. My hair won't grow at all! Thanks for the reply

@Devika mentioned in her log several times that shedding was a pretty consistent side effect. I think it's a personal side though as I've seen other ladies say there was no hair related sides.

It's not an uncommon side effect for sure though. There is also some useful information regarding hair loss in the anadrol for females thread if you read through it.

Thank you

Thank you

You're welcome :)

If the hair loss you experience continues to get worse and worse you might want to consider a shorter cycle though.

From my recollection, hair growth occurs in cycles with specific phases such as the anagen phase when hair is growing and it then reaches a terminal phase. On your cycle, your anagen phase is cut shorter and shorter producing thinner and weaker hair and eventually the hair follicle can shut down. This info lends itself to the idea that shorter cycles are typically much better for females to prevent any lasting issues from persistent side effects that go ignored.

It's not terribly uncommon I've seen it before but I would say you want to make 100% you are taking anavar.

Anavar won't usually make your hair fall out but if your a female who got a hold of dbol, winny or tbol you will probably see some good hair loss.

Is this the only side effect your seeing so far?

I started experiencing hair loss towards week 8 of my cycle.

As Eman suggested, shorter cycles are probably optimal for us prone to hair loss. I ran a 12 weeks cycle, but looking back, I would've been just as happy with a 10 week one.

Also avoid using conditioner on your scalp and wash your hair w cold water.

It is 100% anavar my husband lab maxed it and posted the results. Yes this is the only side I have so far if it's even from the anavar

Lab max is a good thing, especially for females, but I would never put all your faith into that test. Especially when the risk of virilization is there.

I'm not seeing any other sides besides that if its even from the anavar. Are u saying the test could come back as anavar and not be anavar

I'm on week 11 of my Anavar cycle and haven't experienced hair loss so far but I do have greasy hair, which started the first week of my cycle.

Not exactly, I'm just saying do not take a lab max test as the gospel. It only gives you an idea of there is some anavar present. I've never used one myself, and never would. Still a great tool for females though, no doubt.

What kind of hair products do u use?
I typically use Shiny Silver Shampoo from Sally's because I have bleached and colored hair. I also like to use Ausie's Moist 3 Minute Miracle as an everyday conditioner since my hair is so fried from all the processing I do to it. But I've been using plain ol' Head & Shoulders the last few days to try and control the grease on my scalp and face. Seems to be working okay so far.

Yall ladies that experienced hairloss did it grow back after you ended your cycle? My girl is having the same problems but she just ended her cycle. You cant tell a difference looking at her but she says when she brushes it alot comes out.
