Anavar Dosing 25mg Twice a Day vs 50mg Once a Day

What are yalls thoughts on taking 50mg anavar.

I have read mixed reviews about taking 25mg twice a day and others that say its not necessary.

only asking because for myself it seems to give me a bit of heartburn and if i could avoid that happening twice a day and it only be closer to the end of the day i would think it would be more beneficial overall.

Specifically for Anavar wouldn't it make the most sense to take it in the evenings regardless of when you workout to get the most from the anti catabolic effects while sleeping? as i understand it only has a 8-10 hr half life.

It's possible, though I suppose it's dependent on your goals. I only use orals for short term aesthetic or strength purposes, as they tend to wreak havoc on my lipids and health.

As far as catabolism, if you're taking Testosterone as a base, this shouldn't be a factor, should it?

Insignificant. Take it when you can consistently, whether 1x or 2x, and let that be it.

Once for me but sometimes twice if I'm working out late in the day. Take a shot of apple cider vinegar mixed with water to immediately fix heartburn. I get heartburn too.

The life of anavar is 9 hours ; so , split AM and PM , take one dose pre workout

OP, you could try taking the supplement Slippery Elm for the heart burn. It has helped me with stomach issues and it’s not expensive.

OP try getting a liver supplement, like Tudca, using apple cider vinegar helps aswell for sure for the right now fix but… and I know anavar is mild so it may not be the issue but when the liver is under stress for people they tend to get heartburn from some orals I notice. Take it for what you will but it works for me if I take a harsher oral I will start getting heart burn and as I take Tudca or a liver supplement it tends to go away I choose that over taking pharmacy stomach acid reflux pills and it has also worked for other people I know. Bro science or not all organs are linked together in some way or another! Could be stomach acidity, it could be the liver over working causing some Issues with with the stomach. Again just my 2 cents! can’t hurt to try it out. Hope this helps.

It’s not going to matter. The only time I think timing matters is PWO with the more harsh things like mtren or the like. Even then, the more important changes take place day by day and week by week, not hour by hour.
