Anavar, How good is it?

If you have 8% body fat, and you don't look cut up yet, it's probably because you have no muscle to see under your skin. You need to pack on some mass first and then cut it up. I have a buddy that is 5'9" 185 and he has low BF (about 9-11%) and he could still use some more mass. You need to lift heavier, get some whey protein to ensure adequate intake, check your diet (sounds like you aren't getting nearly enough calories), and then think about the juice...If you up the caloric intake and change around your lifting routine, you could put on some quality mass that you can cut up later. I find it strange that you are satisfied with being in the high 130s. If you cut up, youre gonna lose some LBM as well, and then you're gonna look REALLY skinny. They're are also other supps to look into before going to the juice...If you really wanna try something to get you bigger, try mag-10. I used it and put on 10 pounds with one bottle (2 weeks) and retained 7. Try that and see how you like it....

Mag-10 is a product put out by biotest. It's an over-the-counter substance. A lot of people report good results with it. A lot of people don't really react to it. You can check it out at over at t-mag or their online store.

JJ, 20 something years ago, Iwas just like you. I trained hard for 3 years and ate like a pig but could not get over 126lbs.So in 1983 I scored 2 bottles of the original Searle Anavar.On 120 tabs I went form 126 to 147. It did give me the edge I was looking for. Then I hit the test. I'll tell you this, it was the best decision I ever made in my life.
The Test got me over 200lbs and I've maintained decent lean mass since then.At 41 years old I feel and look better than I did at 19.

Damn bro, my story is very similar.

10 years ago I weighed 130lbs. I worked out all the time, ate till I puked,
used all the weight gainers, and just gave up after years of getting nothing.

Then I got some bionabol from turkey 8 years ago, ran it 6 weeks and
gained 15lbs and a ton of strength. That made me confident and I started
working out again. Then I did a dbol and test cycle a year later and have
done a few more cycles since then. I really think that $50 worth of dbol changed my life so much.
I even saved the box. :)

You might possibly be asking the right question in the wrong way, I think I understand what you are asking, when I was younger I was 6 foot and 150lbs, I was a surfer and runner, because of that at 8% b/f I was VERY ripped, just muscle stuck onto bone, if you aren't like that then like the bros above said you need to add some muscle, even if you increase your b/f a bit, at 8% if you aren't musclely its not because of fat covering it, and cutting further wont help. Just an off the wall idea, something I did and have never regretted, have you thought about a simple 6 week dianabol cycle of 25mgs per day whilst increasing your protein intake by 50%, it certainly worked for my surfing mates and me, bit more muscle, 10 to 15 extra lbs on the frame, and the "look" we were after, the pct being as important as the cycle, its the only way I could get over the plateau you are talking about, till then even with training I couldn't get above 150lbs for 4 years, there are some of us who dont put on weight by eating alone, we are just genetic freaks like those who can just look at weights and build muscle.

Forgot to mention, all the skinny blokes I know that have done a d/bol cycle, always increase their shoulder and chest size quite dramaticaly, think you will forget about the rest of your body size after that, and as has already been mentioned by other bros, once you've breached that plateau its onwards only

I do have muscle tone just no mass...I want to take something that is VERY safe and that will help me get some mass but without a lot of risks...I know anavar is not for mass, but i was wondering if it might help me...I am a new at this and I just want some of you guys opionion on things...Thanks for all your help....

Ok jjbig, the bad news is that all steroids can/will damage your health, the good news is most of the damage is short term and repaireable. From a doctors point of view taking 25mgs ed of d/bol equates to the same sort of damage that a pint of beer would do, there are various trains of thought as to how you should take bol, most people take the dose split throughout the day, which is like drinking a portion of your pint every few hours, I'm of the old school that thinks if you take the whole dose at once, the damage will be slightly harsher but for a FAR shorter period (same as drinking all the beer at once), if you follow this approach you must realise that you should do your work out within a few hours of taking the pills, they take about an hour to be fully active in your system, then take 3 to 4 hours to be only half as potent (half life time), this is the way they were designed to be taken, they were given to prisoners of war who had been starved in the prison camps, to bulk them out, the original instructions were to take all the dose at once. Skinny people like you and me will/do see very good results from dianabol alone, as we are the types they were designed for!!! Obviously if you do decide to do a cycle, there are several factors to be considered to minimise any possible damage.............if possible no alcohol whilst on, take liver precautions (milk thistle, nac etc.) and post cycle therapy to keep the gains...............before you take any steps, read up on all of this, and then again to make sure you understand it, please don't think I'm talking down to you, but all this must be considered before you take the plunge. Take it from me the results are worth it, and the risks are VERY small if you take all the precautions outlined.
