Anavar Pumps

I'm a rower (crew) and I was looking into trying Anavar as my strength has plateaued for about 6 months, I've been training for three years. I feel like Anavar is a really great option for me seeing how I'm female and the only other compound I would consider is Primo but even so I'm not big on trying an injectable on my first cycle if I can avoid it. I'm a little concerned though because I know it's very common for users to get bad pumps that can cut cardio short. I'm going to start out with 5 mg a day and if I'm not getting the results I would like to see I will try 10 mg as a maximum. Have any women had bad pumps during cardio at dosages like this?

My wife use it once at 5mg and eventually went to 10mg. She didn't have any pump issues but I do believe that you're volume with back blows her volume clean out of the water being a rower. You may get some from that.

What are your stats? What's your carb intake?
Age: 24
Height: 5'7''
Weight: 115lbs
BF: 17% (estimate)
Training: 3 years

Carb intake: 250 g

I eat 2,300 calories a day, my tdee is around 2,100 with my workouts added in (lots of cardio) but I'm also trying to gain a significant amount of muscle weight so going a little over that has been helping me. I do eat probably more carbs than I should but it helps me fuel for my workouts. I've read that too many carbs can cause pumps to get worse so maybe cut back to 200g a day?

If you're running 5-10mg I can't imagine it would be too bad. My girl is about 55lbs heavier than you and she didn't get bad pumps until 20mg but her carb intake was well over 300

I don’t know about pumps during cardio but I know I got really painful forearm pumps on back and bicep day. I take taurine every morning and it seems to help.

I got back lower back and hamstring pumps but for me it was dose dependent. If i ran it at my sweet spot they were terrible but if I ran it lower i was gtg.
