anavar questions

hi every one thanks for having me for starters!

My boyfriend has been involved in body building for his own personal bennefit for about 2 years now. After seeing his amazing growth i decided i would try a cycle of somthing. Ive been doing 30-60 minutes of cardio 4-5 times a week some times twice a day (ill hit the gym in the morning and do some laps in the pool at night) i also lift weights after my cardio sessions. I eat lean, as to say i don't only have brown rice and white chicken breast i enjoy a steak and buffalo when ever im able to. My diet use to consist of burger king and pizza hut when i was going through school so this is a big healthy change for me hahaha! Now that you know a little about me here are my questions.. these aren't from lack of searching.. the internet doesnt give much info on this stuff..

im sure a lot of these ill have to ask my doctor about. Im still not that comfortable (though i should be) with talking to my doctor about this.

I just quit taking birth control because i was working my self to death taking suplements(multi, l carnitine, CLA, hydroxycut hardcore,amino 1000's) eating right and drinking 2-4 gallons of water a day and i was seeing absolutely no fat loss. My legs have really shaped up and i noticed a change in my arms and up around my ribs but my pudgie stomach was still there. It also made me extremely moody. I had been on it sence i was 13 (i am 23 now) and i was diagnosed with pre- cancer of the cervex and i read a report yesterday that said it may be associated with long term use of birthcontrol. I go through a state clinic in the family planning section so they would rather give you the pills then you become pregnant and i dont know that they think about any long term health issues with it. Ive notice my blood pressure goes to extreme levels when i was on it also.

i noticed that most of the people that use anavar are already in good shape. I would consider being 5'4" and about 155 pounds not in good shape. I am average if not below average by every day standards i wear a size 10. Im not trying to make excuses for my weight but i am on the curvy side. Im not trying to be a stick. I just want my waist back and tone up. Is this even possible for some one my size?

I have made drastic changes to my diet and life. I don't take in any salt and i eat lean protein. What is the best food plan for some one on anavar?


I also read that this is perscribed by doctors to people with waisting diseases. Im deffinately not waisting away hahaha so will this have an adverse effect if im already on the heavy side?

Welcome Amberyaknow! I do believe that you can do exactly what you want to accomplish. My Fiance is a competitor and she sounds like she was built just like you. She now has six pack abs and is getting ready to do another contest as we speak. You definitely do not have to go to this extreme but I am sure you can find a middle ground to achieve your goals. One of the first things I would suggest and I have heard her do it with numerous other women, Post a diet log and let us look at exactly what you eat for 4-5 days (be honest) and what you do in the gym and cardio schedule if any. I bet with a few changes you can easily get your waist where you want it. As for the anavar, what mg are you on and how long do you plan to do a cycle? I would suggest doing the above first. Not to be rude but I bet your diet is off and cardio is not correct. Get these fixed than add in the anavar and you can see major changes if training correctly. Believe me she and I have plenty of experience with anavar. The problem is so many people skip the food and training piece they never really reap the benefits of the supplements and steroids. Give you an idea, in five weeks she has gone from 22%BF to 15%BF. The more interesting part is during that she has gone from 137LBS to 143LBS. She has actually gained substantial lean muscle while dropping BF getting ready for a show! This is very difficult to say the least. Anyway, hope this helps!
 
yay im soo excited to post a reply i dont know where to start hahahaha

I havent started taking my anavar yet. I wanted to get pumped up and ready in the gym before i got started. If im going to do anything im going to do it right!!!!! sence i quit takeing my birth control ive noticed i sweat buckets and buckets more. my heart doesnt race and my pulse stays more controlled. here in the next couple of days i want to take pics and measurements to track my muscle gains and fat loss. Every one has been saying they notice a change in me but ive been chalking half of their reaction up to trying to make me feel better. When i hit the gym i hit it hard most machines help you calculate aproximate calorie burn and ive been working hard to get 350 calories in 30 minutes on the elipticle 2 1/2 miles running or 4 1/2 miles cycleing the other day was the first time ive EVER ran 30 without stopping it was about 2 1/2 miles. For some people that may not seem like much... but the second i was done i bust in to tears i was soooo proud of my self ive been a LONG time fat kid. I finally put my foot (and fork ) down. I reallllly enjoy exercise enough now to want to go to the gym two times a day before and after work. When i do start my anavar.. i think im going to be doing 5 mg's maybe twice a day..

here is my diet and exercise so far starting yesterday!
6-19-07
suplements (listed above) with 32 oz water
breakfast- one large pear and whole grain toast 24 oz water

cardio 30 minutes (stationary bike 20 minutes and running on the track 10 minutes)

lunch- 2 Egg whites with cheese and onions and 2 pieces of turky bacon 32 oz water

more water (by this time im starting to feel like a water balloon) and my second dose os supplements

snack-a salad with tomato, turkey bacon bits, and grilled chicken

dinner cabbage beef stew (lean stew meat, 1/2 head of cabbage, 1 small can diced tomato with green chilli, carrots, celery, garlic, onion and of course!!!! water! in masss abundance

back to the gym for 30 more minutes of cardio (on an elipticle) along with about 15 minutes of legs (leg presses, hammies, every machine they have for legs that i know how to work)

snack- celery with soy nut crunchbutter and rasins (i found a great soy substitute for peanuts that has less saturated fat and colesterol)

today! 6-20-07
supplements and 32oz water
scrambled eggs with onion on whole wheat toast

32 oz water 35 minutes of cardio (elipticle) and 15 minutes on abs and core (crunches, leg lifts, twist machine and that thing thats at a 45 degree angle that you bend over holding a weight that works your stomach and love handles)

lunch-4 oz oven roasted turkey 5 oz steamed green beans and 5 oz sweet potato with pecans 24 oz water

snack 8 oz watermelon oranges and cantalope (i work for a fruit company lucky meee!!)24 oz water

not sure what im going to make for dinner.... probbably somthing chicken related (chicken with crushed pepper, onion and sesamee seeds) with rice and spinach..

tonight i also plan on doing about 20-30 minutes of cardio maybe swimming( i have a year pass to our local water park also so i might hit that up.. all of the slides have really steep high stairs so i get to climb about 8 flights of stairs before i go down a slide there is also a wave pool to wake board in) or the row machine if i go to the gym instead of the park and some back and tricepts (its back and tris day for my boyfriend) along with some more core.. im looking into joining some classes.. kick boxing or boot camp class.. somthing realllllly intense.. for a chunky girl i have a whole lotta endurance.

Amber, doing good! Keep posting. I can already see a few things I would reccomend but for know I would just keep doing what your doing. Have you had a physical recently or any outstanding medical conditions? Are you taking a protein supplement? I think you want to loose wieght but not to the extreme that the second you quit doing what you are doing you gain it all back. So take this slow and use it to make permanent changes to your lifestyle and health. Ask boyfriend about helping you came up with some sort of work out routine for entire body that you can commit to doing every week. This is definitely dependent on what goals you have but no matter what they are some sort of full body weekly workout will definitely benefit you.
 
I had a physical about 3 months ago. up until i moved to the mountains i got pnemonia once a year from the humidity of living in alabama. I am probbably in the best shape of my life. The only thing i have wrong with me is Pre-cancer of the cervex and im getting that removed on the first of next month. (it sounds like a scarry thing but lots and lots of women have it and its not bad unless you leave it be for a long time.) I eat muscle milk bars for protein when i dont have time to make something to eat. Shakes about 90% of the time just make me gag and throw up... I have no idea why but ive tried every flavor of every kind and theres just somthing about the texture or flavor i dont know.. they dont stay down too long..
Sence i met my boyfriend my eating and life style changed I know i wont go back to the way things were because i have no room for error. We dont even allow our selves to be around bad food We very rarely eat out and i cant remember the last time i had somthing just purely fattening and delicous hahaha.
He has really helped me with my work out routine but his mostly consists of certain things for certain days back and tris, chest and bicepts, legs, back and abs. He might do 40 minutes of cardio a week!!! only heavy lifting I tried to jump in his days and do no cardo like him and it was just sad.. I Love cardio now so i try to do my running and what not and then the last 20 minutes or so ill go do quick sets and burn outs of what ever he did while i was doing my cardio (he has two partners so they take a while to get through one exercise i get my cardio done before they are half way through) thats why im thinkibng abouit joining a few classes. They dont mix their stuff up and im a firm believer in the bennifit of muscle confusion.

ohh yesterday i ran for 30 minutes and ate a huuuuge turkey leg and walked up about 60 flights of stairs.

Snap peas and carrots
chicken cheese quesadilla

i wasnt able to get to the gym. My neice had a continuation ceremony shes a middle schooler now yay! i did some swimming at her party but nothing you can really call aerobic

today has been even worse!

i forgot my pills and couldnt get to the gym this morning because i over slept! i guess its good to have skip days every so often..

and because i had to race to work i havent really eaten any thing.
i cant wait to get home grr...


so what am i doing wrong so far?
 
Hey Amber, I am not ignoring you just need to see your log for another couple of days and I am being very basic with this suff. Do not want to hit you with major changes and complicate the hell out of this because the most important thing is for you to stay motivated and keep trying to do what you are doing. The hardest part of any of this for most people is getting to the gym! I tell people this all the time. Years ago I would even make myself go when I was sick even if I just stood in there and did nothing for 15 minutes! Dont like to break routine. This is a little extreme but I have never been accused of anything else:) Anyway, definitely check out the log Levidity posted and you both should keep track of each other and motivate each other. One thing I will say about your most recent post, you can not, not eat. This does not work. In fact I will get some ideas to you but I did not think you were taking in enough calories as it was, and now you are skipping meals. Not good for your health girl. You have got to come up with some healthy snacks and buy some RTD's to keep at home or work. Find out in your town where they sell them so if you are busy doing whatever you can drive to there and buy one. This is better than skipping meals but still not as good as a real brown bag lunch that you have prepared. As I told you my girlfriend is a pretty serious competitor at national level and she is 8 weeks away from her next show. She had to go out of town yesterday for three days and basically took all of her meals for the next three days with her in a cooler. This is really extreme but you have to really make some lifestyle changes and look at the dedication that gets put in to this. And, I assume since you are using anavar, you would not be doing this if you are not serious about reaching your goals. So hang in there and keep posting. What happened to getting a work out routine posted?

sorry ive been slacking.. i get online when i am at work and lately we have been reallly busy! I had my final surgery (i was diagnosed with precancer of the cervex) and in about eh... 2 weeks im going to start my cycle i want to make sure im all healed and ready to really bust some ass. Right now im reallly tender and achie.

when i get another second ill post my work outs and my measurements... i want to get all of that squared away before i get started.

One shitty thing about my work is that i dont get any real lunch breaks.. i have to work around our customers.. im trying to find another job because this isnt working for me.

when i dont eat it isnt on purpose.. i tried that whole starve your self thing and it didnt work for me hahaha when i dont get a chance to eat its cause my boss is breatheing down my neck!!! this person needs that, that person needs this forget about little amber... :(
 
Amber, hope you feel better and all is well with your surgery. Take your time getting better and plan out how you want to do this while you are taking time off healing. Then when you start feeling better, you can get everything ready to go and do this with no excuses. That sucks about your job. Do not let them walk on you. I will keep checking back for posts and to see when you are feeling better. :)
 
hey thanks!!! the surgery was bad but the recovery has been a breeeeeeze!!! i wish i had your number storm because i realllly dont have any time at work to type but i can talk all day long hahaha i was feeling sooo great i decided it was time..

im takeing 5mg's every morning along with L carnitine, CLA, hydroxy cut hardcore, a multi, and an amino 1000.

im eating much much more now and better food. grilled chicken with a veg or shakes and protien bars. the same diet my gym partner is on (this is her 3rd cycle over the past couple of years she messed up her first one and ate crap so on the second she figured it out and her and i are trying to do the same sort of thing)

ive been going a mile a minute this week and havent had time to take measurements(i know i sound awefull but my day is planned around going to the gym and thats my ONLY goal per day.. everything else is just filler) its the first thing planned when i get home today however along with some pics of me in like a batheing suit or somthing.. eeewww. Today is my 4th day and i havent felt any bad side effects (aside for my period comming about 6 days too soon and being really iregular). I LOVE how pumped my shoulders and arms get!! now i know why my boyfriend has been doing this. I just feel like i have more endurance now its great. I have a strange body type.. ive always been a bit over weight but when i get into lifting i can pack on TONS of muscle so i decided i will just get muscular (my partner wants to get lean and burn fat.. she doesnt want muscles at all)

my work outs have been a like a thisss... (im just soo happy and excited hahaha)
monday...
useing 30 pound weights i do bicepts and tris and back (arnolds, laterals, curls, champagnes, skull crushers all that good stuff) for 25 minutes.
abs- 100 sit ups, 50 leg lifts, 100 twists
40 minutes of cardio on an elipticle

tuesday...
morning-60 minutes of elipticle and my abs (100 sit ups 50 leg lifts etc etc.)
evening- 30 minutes of running and about 50 laps in the pool

wednesday-
legs- i used the sled machines and amazingly enough found i could push like 230 pounds with my legs.. who figured?!?! i also used all of the machines they had for legs to work all individual muscle groups
45 minutes of cardio (i could barely use my legs hahahahaha)

this morning!!!
abs 150 sit ups, 100 penguins, 70 leg lifts, (i have yet to feel anything in my abs the next day.. i get tired while im doing it but it quickly wears off. my stomach and hips are my worst areas)
30 minutes running and 30 minutes on an elipticle
tonight im going to go do more cardio


alright now thats out of the way... my work out partner decided this cycle she would do 10 mgs of anavar per day. before she was only doing like 5.. the day before yesterday she had a TOTAL FREAK OUT!! and nearly beat the crap out of her husband because he recomended she didnt eat before she worked out because she was only up for about an hour before we went to the gym. SO in the gym she had realllly bad hunger pains and it nearly made her sick. Now the question is.... is that typical of some one takeing that much?? (ive heard people take 40 mgs and not act like that) is this at alllll typical?
 
Wow..what a question..I better be carefull how i answer this one..roid rage for a female huh ??!!Well she has introduced much more testosterone into her system than should be there.My advice to her boyfriend/husband is never mess with a hormonally imbalanced female with hunger pains ![:o)]

LMAO!!!!!! thats for sure!!! i love her to death she is like a sister to me.. i found it pretty hilarious because usually its her husband thats freaking about eating... i always thought the boys were being dramatic until i had my first MUST EAT OR SMMMAAASSSHHH!!!! fit. i jokeingly call my boyfriend super beef eating barbarian man because of the amount of food he eats and how his brain stops working until he eats. But my girl is pretty unbalanced any ways.. she takes somthing for anxiety. but she realllly beat the crap out of him! he has bruses to show it.. he said she went insano for about 3 minutes then it was over she came back to her sences... just like the boys after about 5 minutes..(yet another reason i can't see how steroids "made" that wwe dood off his family and himself. Every expierence ive seen with"roid rage" lasts only 3 to 10 minutes TOPS )

Be carefull how you use the word roid rage..very sensetive subject as of late.Your right about Benoit ..that stuff happened over a long period of time and was pre meditated...not just a quick fit of rage.Dudes that lose control for a few minutes on juice have a bad temper already and do not know how to handle themselves in the first place.
 
it was always a joke around my house until recently.. i have more fits without it than with it. you know a shaker lid wont fit on properly or somthing... if you ask me im more calm because i see how it effects me.. i didnt mean to offend any one..
 
No offense taken...In my golden years I too feel much better when on then off.I am more postive,more focused,rest better,have a better attitude,in a better mood ,more energy,more libido.etc...why in the world is this illegal????
 
excess, fear, and misunderstanding......... i was on anti depressants and adderal (for ADD) for a couple of years with absolutely no positive result. Doctors perscribe those meds to EEEVVEERRYYY OONNNEEEE!!!!! there are all sorts of medications to change youre mind but to change your body is frowned upon.

What is the difference between these two ? Does any one try var 10 ? is the result the same with var10 ? I appreciate a response.

Who makes "VAR10"? Most stuff these days is provided by various underground labs (UGLs) and very few actual pharma brands are around anymore (w/o a prescription).

My guess is its just some name some UGL gave to anavar in a 10 mg cap. Generally anavar is anavar is anavar, regardless of where it came from. The differences will be in the advertised dose, the quality/cleanliness of whoever made it and whether or not it is actually the advertised dose or mixed / subbed w/ other shit.
