Anavar Results

Hello,

I have a female friend of mine doing 15mg (5 morning 10mg at noon) of Anavar , she has been on for about 5 days, when should she start to see any results? Bye the way before everyone starts asking why the morning afternoon stuff. It has to do with the time of day she is training (sprinter) etc, so please my issue isn't the morning afternoon stuff, the question is about when she should see results

My GF started seeing results at about 3 or 4 weeks but she was only at 5mg ED, and it was her first time so it was hard for her to distinguish. But I could tell.
 
With Anavar having an approximately 9 hour half life, why not spread the doses out a little more? 5mg morning, 5mg afternoon and 5 mg evening.

She should get result within two to three weeks as far as strength and muscle hardness. It kicks in at different times, less than two weeks on some and three weeks or so on others.

Not to be rude but she will not "see" any results unless her diet is correct and she is training correct..remember that.She should feel the anavar in a special way about day 3-4 if it is any good.The doses should be divided like someone said 3x per day if she is going to take 15 mgs..she might do better on 10 mgs.

Thanks for your speedy replies. The problem she has is that she received 10mg tabs. So she have to cut them (and one has to be VERY careful , simply because they crush easy) so that's why started with 5mg's in the morning and the balance at noon since she trains around 3-4pm everyday except on Wed then she trains at around 6pm (still in college). I will advise her to order the 5mg tabs next time. She is on bye the way a well balanced diet in terms of protein and supplements. 3000mg Flaxseed oil/ day spread out for the omega's. Q-10, 3-6grams of Glutamine right before training, right after and at bedtime with colostrum for IGF-1 (natural and also chromium) and a very good multivitamin complex. Plus a cal/mag 1 to 1 ratio 3 x a day.

She might consider only consuming good carbs that = under 70 grams per day and no dairy for the last 4 weeks of her cycle..and upping her lean protien intake to make up for the loss of cals.Use a sharp razor blade to cut the var tabs.Her sex drive should be through the roof by now..enjoy ! Most girls and guys will not eat or train properly while on gear..what a waste !

Thanks for the intelligent reply, I'll ask her about the sex drive..LOL and as far as the diet, yes your very correct.Many athletes expect Gear to do miracles and don't realize that a number of things play into Gear.

1) Genetics Genetics Genetics

2) Committment to training

3) Diet Diet Diet

4) Finding the one(s) your bod actually responds to and how much one needs ie the protocols fo that particular line of Gear. Just because so and so did well with this or that, doesn't always mean it will work the same way for someone else. Generally side effects are the same ;however one must always be mindful. I agree she should take 5mg 3x daily (every 6 hours). As long as she is eating/training right, she should be quite pleased after 4-6 weeks.
