Quick history: I’m in the last 4 weeks of a cut, holding steady around 191 from 215. I’m on TRT, 200mg/wk and have been for around 9 months.
I’ve posted some about my history and plans, mainly that I plan to start my first cycle, Test only, 500mg/wk for 14-16 weeks, coming up at the end of my cut. I plan to get a proper log going once I get my pre cycle blood results done.
I got my hands on some semaglutide about a month ago and half been using that to curb appetite rounding out this cut and it’s been so-so.
Now, I found myself “planning for the future” and have wound up with a load Anavar 25mg caps that I’m staring at from across the room, lol.
So; I’m considering running 4 weeks of Anavar @25mg (in addition to 200mg test and semaglutide) to finish off this cut. I *really* would love to knock out this remaining midsection flab, though I may have delusions of grandeur. Calorie deficit starting to really take its toll in the gym as well, though I may be just using this as a convenient excuse.
The plan would be to transition from this into the bulk cycle. Historically, my lipids have been stellar. I plan on getting bloods 6 weeks into test cycle, though I have doubts 25mg of Anavar would have any real impact (from what I’ve read, though obviously everyone is different).
Didn’t see a lot of info about GLP1+Anavar in my search, either.
Anyway - thoughts? 4 weeks is a waste of time w/ Var? Should I up it to 6 and have some crossover with test cycle? Should I stop overthinking and stick with the original plan of only blasting test and save the Var for next cut?
