Has anyone had their androstenedione levels measured?

If so, could you post your results along with the ranges please.

Why do you ask?

SWALE:

I was wondering what the normal values are in healthy males. I know that the reference ranges will vary among labs, but I have seen that most labs have the same reference range of about 30-263 ng/dl or 0.3-2.63 ng/ml.

Also, since aromatase has ten times higher affinity for androstenedione than testosterone, I wonder if slight elevations in androstenedione will cause someone to produce too much estrone.
