AndroSurge for high e2

So I have had bloodwork done twice and each time my testosterone results were low-moderate and e2 was high. Bloodwork were several years apart with the most recent just a couple weeks ago.
I have some goodies in transit to try and get my levels to where hopefully the negative estrogenic side effects will recede.
Until then I'm trying this bullshit off Amazon lol
It was 40 bucks and zero risk of Johnny Law concerns so why not?!

Trt clinic would help with everything legally, but cost more. Probably could have put the $40 towards that first month and have guaranteed results. Other options are urologist or endocrinologist.

Absolutely not ruling out true clinical assistance again. First time having bloods pulled was with a GP not just me ordering lab work online as i did most recently.
That doc put me on a test C regiment that gave me all tha good feelzzz . Thought I admit I got distracted by life and do not do follow up bloodwork after 12 weeks. I'm tentatively planning to start back there, with low dose test.
These days anything I do will have before and after labs to accompany. If true TRT or similar is on the horizon for me then I will definitely seek the legal route. For now I am trying the self-directed approach.
Thanks for the advice.

The only estorgen control ingredient that I see in your supplement is DIM. IIRC its not an AI either. My 2 cents is that it should help e2, but nowhere near as effective as routine AIs or the old school OTCs either.

If you have low to moderate testosterone and consistently high E2, chances are that you have an underlying problem.

Taking an AI, or this herbal stuff, might help as a bandaid approach, but you need to get an actual medical diagnosis before you know how to go about treating the issue.

It's been since 2012 when I got hormone bloods with a physician , at that time it was an official diagnosis.
I've have labs done with a GP 3 times, maybe even 4 since then . But only for general health check-ups. Other than my bad cholesterol being 'slightly above nominal' I've gotten no bad news. My second hormone test was a couple weeks ago, I ordered that.
Not ruling out an underlying issue but no reason to suspect anything horrible. Knocks on wood.....

It's probably not anything horrible, but I'd definitely get a referral to an endocrinologist. Low testosterone and high estrogen can lead to a lot of health problems down the road.

If I had to guess, you probably have overactive aromatase enzymes, which an AI will definitely help, but I'm not a doctor by any means.
